According to legend, the gods could see the past and the future, read minds, hypnotize, move giant stone blocks with the power of thought, draw knowledge from the information bank of the universe.

The search for the third eye was carried out in Ancient Egypt, Ancient Greece, India and Tibet. In 1938, the Nazis sent a research expedition to Tibet led by Ernst Schaefer. Funding was taken over by the "Ahnenerbe" society, which was engaged in occult research, and was supervised by the SS Reichsfuehrer Himmler himself.
The travelers returning in 1939 were greeted as national heroes. Schaefer received from Himmler the honorary SS dagger and the "Death's Head" ring.
Among other things, Schaefer brought information that Tibetan monks, through many years of meditation and spiritual self-improvement, learned to open the "third eye". Stories about how animals leave a city that has a few days or hours left to live do not surprise anyone.
There is also a person, called the pineal gland. Galen, Descartes and Leonardo da Vinci were interested in him. In a two-month-old embryo, it is very large, but as the fetus grows and the child develops, it decreases and by the age of ten it is no more than a pea and goes deep into the brain.
The pineal gland really resembles an eyeball - it has a lens and receptors for color perception and can rotate like an eye. Just what does he see in the depths of the skull?
Indian yogis claim that with appropriate training, each person can master the inner vision and read letters in sealed envelopes, see through the wall, look into the past and future, and much more. But the Eye opens only to those who have reached the heights of spiritual development. Well, those who dream of using the gift for the purpose of personal enrichment or achievement of power are wasting years - the Eye does not open for such people.
