What happens if you eat exclusively fast food? We already told you about an Englishman who ate only at McDonald's for a whole month and even lost weight because he played sports and consumed no more than 2500 calories per day. And there is also a documentary film "Super Size Me" (in Russian version "Double portion"), his character Morgan Spurlock gained 11 kg per month and for a long time dealt with the consequences of such a diet.

And so on the path of experimenting with eating fast food was her one Youtube blogger Mike Jeavons, who decided to eat at KFC for a week and see what comes of it.

The blogger decided to eat at KFC for a week and see what comes of it.

Mike loves to make himself seven-day challenges. This time he decided to find out what would happen if there was fast food for a whole week. The choice fell on one of his favorite fast food restaurants KFC.

He published the details of his experiment on his Youtube channel.

A week later he got back on the scales and … they showed 80.7. That is, he lost 900 g.

The experiment cost £ 104.58 per week (about 8,600 rubles).

But the consequences of such a diet cannot be called positive.

Mike managed not only not to get fat, but even to lose weight, and this once again proves that for weight loss it does not matter at all what you eat, the main thing is how much. A balanced diet is very important for health and well-being. Mike said that the consumption of fats and salt exceeded the norm, so even five days after the experiment, the blogger felt a "salt hangover", was constantly thirsty, woke up with a headache, and felt tired. The food has lost its flavor for him, and the salt is really addictive. So there is little benefit in such a diet.
