The human body consists of five layers of energy. The first layer is the physical body, which has weight, shape and volume. You can touch it, see it and see its reflection in the mirror. But there are four other energy fields surrounding the physical body that are not easy to see and which are collectively referred to as the human aura. Together, these five layers, or energy bodies, make up the human energy field. These layers store our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional characteristics. They can be out of balance or out of balance. This is why energy medicine practitioners believe that it is not enough to simply heal the physical body when people get sick. The other four layers must also be evaluated and processed.
How to detect energy fields
Clairvoyant ability is required to see the second, third, fourth and fifth levels, which may, but not always, look completely different from one person to another. Layers can also be perceived in ways that do not involve third eye rendering. For example, some energy practitioners can sense a person's aura through touch, smell, or sound. For people with these special abilities, these layers represent living energies with measurable momentum.
Physical energy
This is the level that we usually consider to be our physical self. Although our physical bodies are a kind of package made up of flesh, skin, bones, organs and blood, they are also energy, just like the other layers of the body that most people cannot see or feel.

Etheric energy
The second, or etheric - from the word "ether" - is the layer of our energy body, located at a distance of about a quarter to half an inch, but not more than an inch from the physical body. Energy medicine practitioners who can mentally sense this layer describe it as a cobweb sensation, sticky, even elastic. It is also gray or gray-blue. The etheric body has also been referred to as the blueprint or holography of the physical body.
Emotional energy
The emotional layer of our energy body is the third layer. Centrally located among the five layers, this layer is where our feelings and fears reside. This layer can be quite volatile when we experience extreme high or low emotions.
Mental energy
This is the layer from which our ideas originate. Our belief systems are also stored here. This is where our thoughts are assimilated and sorted, and this is where we place our personal truths, or rather, our perceptions based on our experience.
Spiritual Energy
The spiritual layer of the human energy field is the last layer. This is where our "consciousness" or "higher consciousness" is. This last layer connects us not only with our past lives, but also with universal consciousness.
