Soul - entering the spiritual world, after death

First Case

Patient: Oh my God! In fact, I am not dead ?! That is, my body has died - I can see it below, under me, but I myself am swimming … I look down and see my body stretched out on a hospital bed. Everyone around me thinks I'm dead, but I'm not dead. I want to shout, "Hey, I really am not dead!" It's so incredible … the sisters are covering my face with a sheet … people I know are crying. I am considered dead, but I am still alive. This is rather strange, because my body is undoubtedly dead, while I can move above it. I'm alive!

These words are spoken by a person in a state of deep hypnosis and again experiencing death. In awe, he speaks abruptly in short, enthusiastic phrases, seeing and feeling what it is like to be a spirit that has just left the physical body. This man is my patient, he sits in a comfortable chair, leaning back, and I simply help him in recreating the picture of his death in a past life. A little earlier, this patient, following my instructions, which makes it possible to perform age regression, in a trance state, plunged into a childhood memory. Then his subconscious sensation began to merge - when together we tried to return to his prenatal period of life.

And then I prepared him to make another leap back in time with the help of the visualized protective shield. After completing an important step of mental preparation, I sent my Subject through an imaginary time tunnel to his previous earthly life. This life was short, because he died unexpectedly from the flu epidemic in 1918.

When the initial shock of the Subject from the fact that he will see himself as dead and at the same time feel his soul leaving the body begins to slowly pass, he is already more prepared for visual images in his mind. Because a small part of his consciousness - a very important part of his mind - is still functioning, he realizes that he is re-creating past experiences. In this case, it lasted a little longer than usual, as this Subject was a very young soul and was not yet used to the cycles of birth, death and rebirth - unlike many of my other patients.

And yet, he very soon got used to it and began to respond to my questions more confidently. I quickly brought my patient from the subconscious hypnotic level to the superconscious. Now he was ready to tell me about the spirit world, and I asked him what was happening to him.

Patient: Well … I'm starting to climb higher … still swimming … looking back at my body. Everything happens like in a movie, only with my participation! The doctor is trying to calm my wife and daughter. My wife is crying (the patient fidgets in his chair). I try to get into her mind and tell her that I'm okay. But she is so overwhelmed with grief that I cannot get through. I want her to know that my suffering is over … I freed myself from my body … Now I don't need it … that I will wait for her. I want her to know that … but she … does not hear me. Oh, now I'm starting to move somewhere further …

So, the Subject, guided by my commands, proceeds to the process of further transfer to the spirit world. While under the protection of my office, many of the patients have followed this path. As a rule, after the memories of the Subject in the state of hypnosis of superconsciousness expand, he becomes more connected with this spiritual transition. During the session, the patient's mental pictures become easier to translate into words. Short phrases of description turn into detailed descriptions and explanations of entering the spirit world.

There are many documented materials, including medical observations, describing the experiences of people experiencing clinical daring after being seriously injured in accidents. These people were considered dead, but then they were brought back to life by various resuscitation methods. The soul is able to leave and return to its body, especially in a life-threatening situation when the body dies. Patients report hovering over their bodies, watching as doctors try to save them. After returning to life, these impressions gradually fade from their memory.

At an early stage of the Subjects' hypnotic regression into a past life, their description of the mental passage through the process of dying in their past life does not contradict the stories of people who were believed to have actually died within a few minutes, but were then brought back to life. The difference between these two groups of people is that Subjects in a state of hypnosis do not remember the experiences of their temporary death. People in deep trance can describe life that begins after ultimate physical death.

What is common in the recollection of life after life of people who talk about their experience of being out of the body, which they had as a result of physical trauma, and Subjects who, in a state of hypnosis, recall their death in past lives? Both of them say that they float over their bodies; they try to touch solid objects, but they cannot feel them. Both of them say that, unfortunately, they do not hear them, people simply do not react to them. Both of them feel that some force is pulling them away from the place where they died, and they feel relief and curiosity rather than fear.

All these people talk about a euphoric feeling of freedom and a bright glow around them. Some of my patients see a dazzling whiteness completely enveloping them at the moment of death, while others see a bright light away from the darker area through which they are drawn. This is more commonly known as tunneling.

In the second case, we will penetrate into the experience of the experience of death further than in the first case. Now the Subject is a 60-year-old man, and he is giving me a description of the circumstances of his death in the body of a young woman named Sally, who was killed by the Kiowa Indians in an attack on a wagon train in 1866. Although in both cases the patients give a description of the death experience after their previous life, the specific date of death does not really matter, because it was relatively recent anyway. I did not find a significant difference between memories of lives in the distant past and in the modern era - in terms of visibility and vividness of impressions of the spiritual world or the quality of the lessons learned.

So, the action in the second case begins in a flat area in the South of America at a time when an arrow from a short distance hits Sally's neck. I am always careful with scenes of death resulting from violent trauma in a past life, because the subconscious mind still retains this experience. The patient from the second case came to me with a complaint of a painful sensation in the throat, which bothered him throughout this life. In such cases, as a rule, special therapy and deprogramming are required. When working with patients, I always use the opportunity to put him in the position of an observer and thereby mitigate his pain and emotional distress.

Second Case

Dr. N: Do you feel the pain of the arrow?

Patient: Yes … the tip tore my throat … I am dying (the patient switches to a whisper, grasping his throat with his hands). I can't breathe … blood is gushing … Will (husband) is holding me … the pain is terrible … I'm leaving … anyway, it's over.

Note: Souls often leave their physical bodies several moments before actual death if they experience severe physical pain. And yet, they remain close to the dying body. Using some calming techniques, I raise this Subject from the subconscious to the superconscious level in order to move on to spiritual memory.

Dr. N: Okay, Sally, you accepted the fact that you were killed by these Indians. Can you describe to me the sensations experienced at the time of death?

Patient: As if … some … force … is pushing me out of my body.

Dr. N: Kicking you out? How?

Patient: I am being pushed out of the top of my head.

Dr. N: What is being pushed out?

Patient: Well … me!

Dr. N: Can you describe what "me" means. What does what you are and what comes out of the head of your body look like?

Patient: (pause) … A spark of light … shining …

Dr. N: Where does the light come from?

Patient: From … my energy. I look like something transparent white … my soul …

Dr. N: Does this light energy remain the same after you leave the body?

Patient: (pause) It seems that I have grown a little … while moving.

Dr. N: If your light gets wider, how do you look now?

Patient: Like a thin … thread … hanging in the air …

Dr. N: And how do you actually feel the process of leaving your body?

Patient: Well, it's as if I shed my skin … like a peeled banana, I just ended up without my body!

Dr. N: Is this an unpleasant sensation?

Patient: No! It is so wonderful to feel free and without any pain, but … I am … disoriented … I was not going to die … (There was sadness in the voice of the Subject, and I ask him to continue to be focused on his soul for a minute, and not on what is happening on earth with his body).

Dr. N: I understand, Sally. You, as a soul, now feel a little "out of place". This is normal in your situation, because something you had has simply ended. Listen carefully and answer my questions. You said you were swimming. Can you mix freely immediately after death?

Patient: It's strange … as if I'm hanging in the air, which is not air at all … there are no limits … there is no gravity … I am weightless.

Dr. N: Do you mean that for you it is like being in a vacuum?

Patient: Yes … there are no solid objects around me. There are no obstacles into which I could crash … I am starting to be carried somewhere to the side.

Dr. N: Can you control your movements - where you are going?

Patient: Yes … something I can do … but something … draws me … into a bright whiteness … it's so bright!

Dr. N: Is this whiteness equally intense everywhere?

Patient: Brighter … away from me … and a little darker … gray … on the side where my body is … (starts crying) oh, my poor body … I'm not ready to leave yet (The patient squeezes into the back of the chair, as if resisting something) …

Dr. N: It's okay, Sally, I'm with you. I want you to relax and tell me if the force that pulled you out of your head at the moment of death continues to drag you away, and is it possible for you to stop it.

Patient: (pause) When I left my body, the cravings weakened. Now I feel myself being pushed … away from my body … I don't want to leave yet … but something wants me to leave quickly …

Dr. N: I understand, Sally, but I think you've learned that you have some control over something. How would you describe what is pulling you away?

Patient: … Something like a magnetic … force … but … I want to stay a little longer …

Dr. N: Can your soul resist this feeling, this power, for as long as you want?

Patient: (long pause, during which the patient seems to have an internal struggle, an argument with himself in his past life as Sally) Yes, I can if I really want to stay (Patient starts crying). Oh, the horror of what these savages have done to my body. There is blood everywhere on my beautiful blue dress … my husband Will is trying to hold me back and is still fighting with our friends against the Kiowa Indians.

Note: I have enhanced the image of the protective shield around this patient, which is very important for sedation and procedures. Sally's soul is still hovering over her body after I moved the scene forward in time, to the moment when the Indians were chased away from the wagon train by gun shots.

Dr. N: Sally, what does your husband do after he repelled the attack?

Patient: Oh well … he is not injured … but … (sadly) he is holding my body … sobbing over me … he cannot help me in any way, but it seems he has not yet been able to understand it. I am cold, but he holds my face with his hands … kisses me.

Dr. N: And what are you doing now?

Patient: I'm over Will's head. I try to console him. I want him to feel that my love has not really gone away … I want him to know that he has not lost me forever, and that I will see him again.

Dr. N: Is your message getting to him?

Patient: Oh, so much grief, but he … feels my essence … I know that. Our friends surrounded him … and they finally separate us … they want to fix the carts and get back to business.

Dr. N: What is happening to your soul now?

Patient: I still resist the feeling of pulling … I want to stay.

Dr. N: Why?

Patient: Well, I know I'm dead … but I'm not ready to leave Will yet and … I want to see them bury me.

Dr. N: Do you see or feel other spirit beings around you at this time?

Patient: (pause) They are near … I will see them soon … I feel their love the way I would like Will to feel mine … they wait for me to be ready.

Dr. N: In the meantime, can you comfort Will?

Patient: I try to penetrate his mind.

Dr. N: Are you doing it?

Patient: (pause) I … think a little … he feels me … he understands … loves …

Dr. N: Okay, Sally, now we will fast forward a bit in time. Do you see how your train friends are putting your body in the grave?

Patient: (in a more confident voice) Yes, they buried me. It's time for me to leave … they have already come for me … I am heading … towards a brighter light …

Contrary to the opinion of some of the people, the soul often shows little interest in what happens to their body after physical death. This is not cruelty to what happened and to the people whom the soul leaves in earthly life, but simply the feeling of relief that such a soul experiences at the end of its terrible death. The soul wants to quickly go to the wonderful spiritual world.

But, there are many souls who want to stay in the place where death overtook them for several earthly days - usually until the funeral. For souls, one earthly day may seem like a minute. There are many different motives that make the soul linger. For example, someone who is suddenly killed or has an accident often does not want to leave right away. I have found that it is not uncommon for such souls to feel confused or irritated. Hanging Soul Syndrome is especially characteristic of those who have died at a young age.

A sharp separation from the human body, even after a long illness, is still a blow for an ordinary soul, and in such a case, at the time of death, it also reluctantly part with the body. There is because there is something symbolic for the soul in organizing a 3-day or 5-day funeral ceremony. In reality, souls are not possessed by a painful desire to see how they will be buried, because emotions in the spirit world are different from those experienced here in earthly life. But, I have found that souls are grateful for the respect shown to them by their relatives and friends in memory of their physical life.

As we could see in the latter case, there is one main reason for many souls not to rush to leave the place of their physical death. This is the desire to mentally appeal to loved ones in order to calm them down before moving on to the spirit world. Those who have just died do not regret their death, because they know that those who remained on the earthly plane will see them again in the spirit world, and also, probably, later - in other lives.

While in a hypnotic trance, my Subjects recall that they were upset because they were not able to successfully use their energy and mentally touch a person who, due to shock and grief, turned out to be unresponsive. Emotional trauma of the living can overwhelm their inner minds so that their mental ability to communicate with souls is drowned out. If a soul that has just departed nevertheless finds a way to comfort the living - at least very quickly and briefly - it is usually satisfied and then seeks to quickly withdraw from the astral plane of the Earth.

A typical instance of such spiritual comfort has occurred in my life. My mother passed away unexpectedly due to a heart attack. During the preparation for the funeral, my sister and I were so saddened that during the ceremony itself we were in a completely sluggish state. A few hours later we returned to the empty house of our mother with our spouses and decided to rest. My sister and I must have reached the Alpha state almost at the same time, the stage of sleep when sensitivity and receptivity are heightened. Appearing in two different rooms, my mother passed through our subconscious minds like a vision, a purifying white light that swept over our heads. When she came into contact with us, she smiled, said that she accepted her death and felt good. Then she walked away smoothly. Lasting only a few secondsthis act became a kind of expressive finishing act, as a result of which we both fell into a deep sleep of the Delta stage.

We have the ability to feel the soothing presence of the souls of departed loved ones, especially during or immediately after a funeral. In order for a spiritual contact to be established, those in a state of shock should try to relax at least for a short time so that their minds would clear up. During these moments, our susceptibility to the paranormal increases, and we are more ready to receive positive messages of love, forgiveness, hope and support, as well as confirmation that the loved one who has left you is in a good place.

When a widow with small children tells me: “Some part of my husband comes to me in difficult times,” I believe her. My patients tell me that as souls, they are able to help those on the earthly plane to connect their minds with the spirit world itself. As it was wisely said, humans don't really leave as long as they are remembered by those who stayed on Earth.

Sometimes a worried soul does not want to leave Earth after the death of the body. This is due to the fact that she has some unresolved cases that had a strong impact on her consciousness. In such anomalous cases, higher beings help, who make it possible to go through the adaptation period. We, too, can help here, in this earthly life, this confused soul, simply by letting it go.
