A tourist from Belarus walking down the street without clothes was hospitalized on the Thai island of Phuket. It is reported on Wednesday, November 9, by the Phuket News.
The incident took place on Tuesday evening in the northern Thalang district of Phuket. Local residents notified the authorities about a strange foreigner who was walking around the rubber plantation naked. The police and rescuers went in search of the man.
The tourist was found walking along the road near the plantation. The police noted that he was in a state resembling a trance. The man was identified as 34-year-old Belarusian Kirill Belov. He was taken to a local clinic for a mental health assessment and drug testing.
A friend of the man, with whom they were vacationing in Phuket, said that Belov began to behave strangely while riding a moped. Due to inappropriate behavior, the friend had to stop. The Belarusian began to shout that he saw the dead, undressed and fled towards the plantation.
