The paranormal researcher claims to have discovered alien remains near the Nazca lines in Peru, and says that extraterrestrial beings once lived in harmony with humans, reports RT in English.

At a press conference last week, Mexican paranormal journalist Jamie Maussan said that the five mummified bodies found in the past two months were "closer to reptiles than humans."

Now, Maussan, who has devoted much of his life to researching extraterrestrial phenomena, says DNA, carbon and X-ray analyzes of the remains indicate intelligent life.

“We have confirmed with scientific evidence the presence of beings from other worlds,” Maussan told RT in Spanish. “It used to be a possibility, now it is a reality,” he added when he spoke about the existence of aliens on Earth.

According to Maussan, the mummified burial of bodies also suggests that "aliens" once coexisted with our ancestors.

“[These] mummies were buried in human tombs, in sacred places,” Maussan said. "This means that they coexisted with our ancestors, were not enemies, and to a certain extent there was mutual respect between both races or cultures."

The well-preserved mummy of a humanoid appears to be 1,700 years old. It was discovered last month and is said to be 5 feet 6 inches (168 cm) tall with three long fingers and an elongated skull.

It is worth noting, however, that Maussan has long been criticized for his questionable evidence of the presence of aliens on Earth. The World Mummy Research Congress once called Maussan's work "an irresponsible organized disinformation campaign."
