In order to pave the way to quantum consciousness, you need a kind of bridge. This bridge is certain “levels of consciousness”, the passage of which gradually unravels the limited worldview of separateness and linear causal relationships, as a result, you stop experiencing yourself as “separate from” or “victim” of something.

Each "level" represents a "quantum leap" - a special term in physics that refers to the nature of particle changes: instead of continuous change, there is a discontinuous jump. At one point, an elementary particle is inside the nucleus. The next moment, she left there, - there is no intermediate state and time …

This also happens at each of the levels of understanding, which in turn “remove” the levels of limitation. At some point, perhaps after the practice and exercise that accompanies each step or “quantum leap,” a change occurs and you find yourself on a new level of consciousness.

First level

Anyone who has studied Eastern traditions will recognize the obvious sources of this first level.

When the observer begins to realize that he is not his thoughts, feelings, and emotions, but rather someone observing, the beginning of the process of disidentification opens, which is gradually being built as the first bridge to quantum consciousness.

Second level

When you have experienced yourself as an observer, you can begin to experience how everything that you have observed as happening in “your mind” is made up of the same underlying energy. Anger consists of the same energy as joy.

The second level allows you to remove names or contents that usually categorize different facets of experience, and then you automatically dissipate or nullify the charge of any experience that you observe.

Third level

In the words of quantum psychology: the observer is able to create and construct subjective reality through observation. We are constantly creating our subjective experience of reality and those realities that we interpret as objective are in fact subjective.

The practical importance of Level Three is that it empowers you to move from a passive witness position to an active creator position. When you realize, for example, that you are creating your sadness, depression, or anxiety, you can stop creating it.

Fourth and fifth levels

In terms of quantum psychology, for a problem, such as an unwanted emotion, to exist, it must have energy, occupy space, have measurable mass (hardness), and exist in time, that is, it must have a beginning, middle, and end.

Sixth level

For example, we assume that the feelings “I love myself” and “I hate myself” are fundamentally different, that success is obviously different from failure.

The world, as we know it, is overflowing with boundaries that represent differences … but all boundaries are created by the observer, not given by nature.

It is a quantum bridge that takes us beyond judgment and appreciation to the experience of foundational unity.

Seventh level

The seventh level takes us one step further, saying that not only does everything overlap one another, but actually consists of the same material.

At this level, you notice that the observer and his creation are composed of the same basic substance, no accusation, no lessons, no reasons, no purpose, no judgment, no appreciation or significance.

The void is organized or compacted into a form, the form is decompressed or dismantled into a void.
