At the end of the century before last (in 1880) A. Bell and a number of other researchers discovered a number of physical phenomena, which today are combined with the term “photoacoustic effect”, the essence of which is reduced to the generation of sound in a substance irradiated by a light beam.
There are several mechanisms for this phenomenon, the simplest of which is temperature deformation of the medium. In a certain way, the modulated radiation heats the air, the air in this area expands and, thus, as a result of this local air movement, a sound wave appears.
Another mechanism of the effect is the irradiation of impurities in the air. For example, water vapor, which is represented in the atmosphere not by individual molecules, but by small drops. When these drops are irradiated with light of a certain wavelength, the state of aggregation of the substance changes and thus air deformation, that is, sound, appears.
There is also such a phenomenon as an electron-deformation effect - the excitation of the outer electrons of atoms when receiving additional quanta of energy from light. As a result, electric voltages arise in the irradiated medium, which again result in a sound wave.
All these phenomena have long been intensively studied by physicists, but physicists do not write about all their discoveries. However, on January 23, 2019 in the American scientific journal Optics Letters, a very wonderful article appeared by researchers from the Lincoln Laboratory of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Experimenting with laser beams, water vapor and air, they created a prototype of equipment for transmitting sound messages over the air.
The result of the work turned out to be very interesting, because, firstly, the guys from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology were able to use an ultra-weak laser to transmit messages.
It is clear that if you take some hyperboloid of engineer Garin and direct it at the crowd, the hyperboloid will generate sound in the air, but the power of this beam will be prohibitive. But the power of the beam used in the experiment was so weak that the radiation was not felt by the available receptors in the person.

The second important result of the experiment is that the sound signal generated by the beam forms a very small sphere and is audible only by one person for whom this signal is intended. And the system can easily distinguish the desired subject from the crowd.
Naturally, when this article in Optics Letters was read by representatives of the US conspiracy community who were familiar with physics, they immediately realized that if such a laser was put on a satellite, then it could be a wonderful addition to the BLUE BEAM technology: one satellite with lasers would show three-dimensional holographic images (for example, a movie about an alien landing on the United States), and a second satellite with a laser organizes a powerful sound, from which even a frightened engineer Garin will throw his hyperboloid and decide on an urgent evacuation.
And even more than that: if even a laser that is not felt at point-blank range, with the correct signal modulation, is capable of producing well-noticeable effects, then what will happen if its power is increased a million times and directed at clouds, for example?
This is the official NASA picture, after which it is very difficult to deny climate control technology. But you can control not only the climate.
To cause certain wave processes in the atmosphere, you can spray some substances in the air, and then direct laser beams at the clouds. But what if the laser beam is directed somewhere deeper, for example, into the magma chamber of this or that volcano?
Even 30 years ago, physicists had similar ideas, which later became topics for films and for novels in which some terrorists hijacked satellites with combat lasers from orbit. Then this golden theme for filmmakers suddenly died out spontaneously, which is rather strange - as if a team had come to Hollywood not to disturb the audience.
The scientific press behaved no less strangely, and in the early 1990s began to write that the power of orbital devices would not be enough to generate an earthquake. Maybe this is really so, or maybe it was a repetition of the situation of the 1930s.
Twenty years before "Prohibition" and the gangsters violating it, many physicists expressed the idea of the possibility of creating atomic weapons, on which there were quite a few correct and not very publications. But in the mid-1930s, when some countries took up this topic seriously and closely, the "academicians" were ordered to debunk and ridicule the very idea of the possibility of creating an atomic bomb. And all the “academicians” rushed to carry out the command, flooding all scientific journals with their “conclusions” that it was impossible to create an atomic bomb. And if one of the physicists stubbornly said that it was possible, scientific journals would not accept these articles.
Based on this and similar historical experience, conspiracy theorists have suspicions that putting tectonic weapons into orbit is a hushed up topic, but completely real. And as the experience of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology shows, this is exactly how it can be.
If a weak, invisible stream of coherent light is capable of producing sound effects like a speaker system of several watts, then what mechanical effects in magma can a combat laser directed there from orbit create? Maybe all these "spillages" of the Pacific Ring of Fire indicate that such lasers have been in orbit for a long time?
