In the May district of Pavlodar region, searches are underway for an unidentified flying object allegedly falling into the river, the newspaper "Liter" (Kazakhstan) reports. Several villagers claim that on the evening of January 3, they saw an unusually bright blue flash, which brought them to the banks of the Belaya River, where the strange shape of the ice hole immediately attracted everyone's attention. The incident was immediately reported to the regional department of internal affairs and the regional emergency department.
Experts at the site of the alleged UFO crash arrived only on January 5th. By this time, the ice hole with an area of about thirty square meters had already managed to freeze. Only its outline was visible. The water rescue service and specialists from the sanitary and epidemiological station were involved in the research. The divers dived through the hole four times in search of any debris. To no avail. And sanitary doctors took several samples of snow, water, measured the background radiation. All indicators were normal.
The noise around the bright blue flash was raised by the forester of the Koktobinsky forestry. A man lives in a forest on a cordon where there is no electricity. Therefore, when a bright light flashed outside the window of his house, he thought that a car had arrived with very powerful headlights. Together with his wife he went out into the yard - no one. It turned out that the light came from the sky.
Some other villagers also saw some kind of haze over the river near the village of Shagyn at about the same time. And judging by the accounts of eyewitnesses, UFOs were observed not only in the Maysky district, but also in the neighboring Lebyazhinsky, on the other side of the Irtysh.
According to the scheme of specialists, the polynya is half an oval. There are several assumptions about its origin. Eyewitnesses unanimously claim that this is the result of a UFO crash. In the management of emergency situations, they are more inclined to think that there is nothing mysterious behind this. Polynya can form for a number of natural reasons, for example, where there is a strong current, or at the confluence of two rivers. And in Pavlodar there are already rumors that a meteorite fell in the Maysky region. And here is the opinion of a specialist. Folk healer, bioenergetic and ufologist Lyubov Rybalko believes that in this case there can be no question of any UFO. According to her, UFOs are rather thin matter. And if these objects suddenly want to go through the ground, then they will not leave any traces.
In the meantime, the search continues. True, no one really knows what to look for. As it turned out, the regional authorities want to make sure that the people of Pavlodar did not suffer the fate of the Karaganda people, when a Proton launch vehicle with a poisonous fuel - heptyl - fell on the territory of their region last year. In this case, it is better to play it safe than to overlook, they say.
