It is a mistake to associate the word “birth” with the beginning of a new life.
All common traditions and holidays are misleading. They create a picture of the world that is far from reality. Try to look at the process of birth and death objectively.
Your body is the result of the union between the sperm and the egg. Both one and the other are living beings that live inside a person. You were in the bodies of your parents. You lived in two places at the same time.
After conception, a fetus has formed, with which you read this text. Every day you see him in the mirror. Its formation is still going on. The fetus always changes, no matter where it is - in the outside world or in the body of a woman. Every moment thousands of old cells die and are replaced by new ones. This is a natural process in your body that took place before and after your mother gave birth.
Where were we before conception? The food that a person eats is processed and transformed into the cells of his body. The bodies of men transform food into sperm. The bodies of women turn her into eggs. We got into the bodies of our parents along with the food they ate at lunch and dinner.
Try to go further. Using logic, trace the entire chain and try to find the first link. Reasoning like this develops logical thinking. A person who relies on common sense is less susceptible to false information. It's harder to manage.
You were never born. A transformation is taking place. The particles change their structure, but the base is always the same. The birthday of your body is not the day you start your life. This is nothing more than a transition from point "A" to point "B".
Many years ago, one event happened in the world. There is no information about him in open sources. After him, the meaning of the pronoun "I" was lost. Since then, we have been identifying ourselves with anything: with the body, with the image, thoughts, with the past and future. “I” is not a body or thoughts. Birth is not the beginning of a new life. Everyone is able to remember their true nature. Remember who you are. Find yourself in yourself.
