Facts: Phobos II was the last space probe developed by the Soviet Union. It was designed to explore the satellites of Mars. Suddenly, we lost contact with him, and several insiders said that they had hidden from us the truth about what really happened.

At this point, it's not hard to see a consistent stream of lies in almost every area from health care to politics that is regularly reported by the media. When presented information is contrary to the imposed dogma, no matter how credible the source, even if it goes far beyond simple testimony and is solid evidence, it is always met with a tough response. We see it today with science and inferences that challenge official belief systems and have paradigm-shifting consequences (like intangible science).
Things are changing, however, and the collective mind is definitely opening up and ready to accept the fact that there are concepts of our reality that we may have overlooked, especially with regard to things that are out of bounds.
One such topic is intelligent extraterrestrial life. Judging by global polls, most of the world seems to believe that we are not alone in the universe and that there is intelligent life, it is not just us …
Most also believe that intelligent extraterrestrial life has visited and is visiting our planet.

When it comes to the UFO phenomenon, it is not really a taboo not to be discussed. Dozens of governments have recognized the existence of UFOs, released electro-optical data (radar tracking, videos) and more. The phenomenon is real, and it really cannot be debunked or disputed. The US government has also begun a slow disclosure process by releasing several of its own videos through the Star Academy.
When it comes to an extraterrestrial hypothesis to explain some of these UFOs, we have hundreds of dignitaries from the military, political, aerospace and educational sectors who tell the world that yes, some of these UFOs are indeed extraterrestrial spaceships.

Phobos II
The space is a weird place, a place we don't know much about, and an area that seems to be dominated by the black budget Special Programs Black Budget (SAP). These are programs that are so secretive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to Congress. This became clear, not only to those who researched black budget programs, but also to informants such as Gary McKinnon, who carried out the largest computer hack of the military in history, finding strange pictures of spaceships floating near the Earth, as well as a list of "extraterrestrial officers" and various documents concerning "fleet in fleet".
So what happened to Phobos II? Phobos II was (from what we are told) the very last spacecraft developed by the Soviet Union. It was designed to study the moons of Mars, Phobos, and Deimos. It was launched on July 12, 1988 and entered orbit on January 29, 1989.
The spacecraft approached the surface of Mars, examining its surface and atmosphere, and transmitted about 40 images. The probe was also supposed to approach Phobos within 50 meters and release two lander, but suddenly the mission ended and contact with the probe was completely lost. NASA's "official" response was that there was a malfunction on board, but other reliable sources say this is not what actually happened.
As Jim Mars points out in one of his books, Our Occulted History:
In mid-1991, six former US Army officers were invited by officials from the Russian Space Program to investigate the cause of Phobos II's disappearance. Remote (remote) viewing is a term for a controlled psychic ability that allows you to perceive people, places and things at a distance without using the usual five senses. Such techniques were studied by both academic and government scientists before the creation of Amy's Intelligence and Security Command (INSOCOM) in the United States in the early 1970s.
Remote viewing was part of the US government's Stargate program.

The truth of these results was further enhanced when it was discovered that an increasing number of people were exhibiting high quality remote viewing, often to their own surprise. According to Jim Mars, in 1991, distant viewers released a report entitled "Enigma Penetration: Anomaly of the Soviet Spacecraft Phobos II." The report described how a disc-shaped object rose from the surface of Mars as Phobos approached. It approached Phobos, scanned it, and then fired a beam that disrupted the probe's communications and navigation equipment.
This is not the first time that a UFO, according to eyewitnesses, shoots a ray of some kind, breaking ground equipment. Colonel Ross Dedrickson, a senior Air Force official who has been with the United States Atomic Energy Commission for a long time, exemplifies this evidence. In his interview, he also said that the aliens destroyed nuclear weapons that the US government wanted to detonate on the moon for scientific purposes … But Professor Robert Jacobs describes another similar incident.
So this is not the first time we hear about something like this.
Returning to Phobos, according to Jim Mars, distant viewers said that “it was not an accident, as it seems that all the equipment launched into space from Earth is being carefully studied by the unearthly. If they are unhappy, then the technique is disabled. Phobos has been attacked."
Remote viewers aren't the only ones talking about the incident. In 1991, retired Soviet Air Force colonel and pilot-cosmonaut Marina Popovich (pictured right) stated that one of the last photographs the Russians received from Phobos II showed "an oddly shaped object approaching a spacecraft." Popovich said the image was taken on March 25, 1989, in deep space near Phobos (a satellite of Mars), shortly before contact with the ship was lost. She said the object could well have been an alien spacecraft."
Why would she lie? Especially when she is one of the dozens of famous astronauts who have confirmed the existence of a "UFO", and some have confirmed the extraterrestrial hypothesis.
Alexander Dunaev, chairman of the space organization responsible for the Phobos II project, said that “the doomed probe photographed the object between itself and Mars. He theorized that the object could have been "debris orbiting Phobos" or even ejected parts of a spacecraft. His tone was somewhat vague.

What's most intriguing about this story is that the picture drawn by remote viewers matched the disc description above, which was fairly common in remote viewing software.
Again, this program had an extremely high success rate, with distant viewers being able to peer into secret Russian military bases and describe military installations, weapons, naval installations, and more. They even used the program to find a lost spy plane in Africa. There are several examples found in declassified documents, and even more from contributors from this program such as Ingo Swann, Pat Price, Joseph McMoneagle, Paul Smith and many more.
Also, military trained remote viewers stated that they saw the Mars Observer encounter the same object as Phobos II, and also related to another covert space launch that same month in 1993. They noted the similarity of fate between the Phobos and Mars Observer missions. This pattern may have continued in yet another failed Russian attempt to investigate the secrets of Phobos. In the fall of 2011, control of Phobos Ground was lost, and fears grew that ten tons of toxic fuel and oxidizer could wreak havoc when the unmanaged ship returned to Earth's atmosphere. The wrecked ship reportedly crashed into the Pacific Ocean on Sunday, January 15, 2012 without any consequences. Why are all these spacecraft failing? Maybe someone on Mars doesn't wantto watch the planet? One thing is clear - someone or something continues to operate far beyond the Earth.
