Reynolds is a relatively famous ghost hunter and television personality in the United Kingdom. He hosts his show "Ghost Dimension", in which he tells his compatriots about the various eerie places in Foggy Albion, where spirits, demons, poltergeists and other supernatural entities are found. This time, the Briton and his partner decided to check whether the phantom Cuthbert really lives in the old hotel, and, apparently, successfully proved it.
According to urban legend, Cuthbert was a simple monk who once accidentally discovered a huge network of underground tunnels and got lost in it, having died of thirst. This allegedly took place under the described hotel, and the spirit of the ascetic has settled since then in The Rutland Arms. He was seen many times by the staff and guests of the hotel, but before, no one was able to capture the ghost on camera.
According to Sean, the film crew of eight was at that moment on the street, and there was no one in the hotel, not even a security guard. At that fateful moment, Reynolds was just testing the recording equipment, and the building just briefly got into the lens of his video camera. Subsequently, experts looked through all the footage that was filmed that night and suddenly noticed a black silhouette that appeared in the window of the structure, in this random piece of video. Researchers believe that the dark figure is very similar to the man in the hoodie, so it is certainly the ghost of the monk Cuthbert.
