Nerekhta (a city in the Kostroma region) is discussing an unusual phenomenon, which was recorded by CCTV cameras at one of the motor depots, located on Chernyshevsky Street, the newspaper Nerekhtskaya Pravda reports.
The strange image on the tape was discovered by the owner of the car company Ivan Borovikov when he was looking at the video surveillance recording made in the parking lot in front of the car depot a few days earlier - on October 10. The recording clearly shows that at about 22.30, a luminous body formed above the driver's cabin of one of the PAZ buses, which moved and changed shape for several minutes, at the end it gradually moved inside the bus, to the driver's seat, and disappeared.
The "poltergeist" is best seen in the second half of the recording.
“When I saw this footage, I confess I was in shock and creeps crawled through my body,” commented Ivan BOROVIKOV.
Skeptics, however, argue that this is not a ghost, but just a light effect. "But why, then, nothing like this is seen anywhere else during the hours of recording?" - ask those who are inclined to believe that video cameras recorded something strange.
