Cases when UFOs use the power grid of mankind to recharge their systems are by no means isolated. For example, UFOs left 50 million Americans and Canadians without electricity in August 2003. The power supply was removed only after a few days. At the same time, the official investigation did not come to the reason for the incomprehensible failure of the power grid protection systems, but eyewitnesses noticed a lot of UFOs over the power plants in the USA and Canada.
But similar cases from time to time occur in other parts of our planet. for example, exactly the same case occurred in Azerbaijan on July 13, 2002, when after the appearance of a UFO, Baku and almost the entire republic plunged into darkness. At the same time, as noted by eyewitnesses, the light did not go out instantly, but, as it were, “pulsed”, creating the illusion of a kind of “suction” of electricity.
This is how this unusual phenomenon was described by one of such eyewitnesses, Chingiz Jafarli, chief inspector of the Baku Cinema Department:
This case is a typical example of the theft of electricity in the power grids of mankind. But UFOs steal not only electricity, they have been caught more than once pumping water from our reservoirs. There is also a hypothesis that our planet is used as a huge mine for the extraction of minerals. It is difficult to say to whom exactly these objects belong and why they behave like commonplace robbers. But representatives of highly developed civilizations do not behave exactly like this.
