History has preserved a lot of evidence that time travel is real, and in the annals you can find descriptions of meetings with these travelers.
1st millennium, China. Scroll. It says: Wen-Jing, accompanied by servants and maids, went to the mountains in search of healing herbs. There they met those mysterious people who reported that they were immortal celestials and invited Wen-Jing to visit him, he agreed, after which they all disappeared.
They were transported from a castle made of glass where the inhabitants of heaven asked Wen-Ching about life. 2 days passed and he was told that it was time for him to return, only it was clarified that not 2 days had passed, but 100 years. When Wen-Ching woke up near his house, he saw only ruins, and his children and grandchildren had died long ago. After that, he went mad and died.
In the ancient saga "The Voyage of Bran, son of Febal", it is described how the main character of the saga meets mysterious celestials who invite him to visit him in the heavenly city. He agrees and spends 1 day there, and when he comes back he finds that hundreds of years have passed.
In the city of Leone in 840, a "sky ship" appeared in the sky, which landed on the main square and three people emerged from it, whose clothes corresponded to that time. The sky ship had already departed by that time, and the crowd, mistaking those who appeared for the demons, began to beat them. Those, in turn, assured that they were local residents and were taken to stay on that ship. But none of the residents recognized them and no one knew the names they called. The crowd of townspeople eventually beat the "demons" to death.
In the Kazan Chronicles there is an interesting story about the servant Yashka, who met a strange man in a very unusual white dress in the forest, who took him to his "heavenly ship", then on the same day returned Yashka back by presenting "magic copper coins" as a keepsake. True, it turned out that Yashka was absent not half a day, but several years.
“Heavenly cities”, brilliant iron carriages on which these mysterious “inhabitants of heaven” flew, seemingly correspond to the concept of the UFO phenomenon, but how to explain these leaps in time, when it seemed to a person that he spent a day on these ships, and a hundred years have passed. It is logical to assume that this is possible when traveling in time, which means that these "celestial carts" could be nothing more than time machines.
Or let us recall the famous predictor of the "Great Sleeping" Edgar Cayce, who lived in the 30s of the 20th century. After all, he said more than once that he bases his predictions about the future on what he saw himself, when certain creatures took him with them and carried him into the future where he saw what he wrote about later in his prophecies.

Or here's another interesting case about which in 1980 all the world's media wrote. Not far from Paris, a certain Frank Fontaine was driving his car, when suddenly he saw a luminous ball, similar to a cloud of fog, which swallowed both him and the car. Everything lasted 5 minutes, and then the ball released him and he found himself on the same road, but … a week later!
There are also cases of reverse time. For example, in 1977, the Chilean corporal Armando Valdes with a detachment of soldiers unexpectedly saw a UFO landing nearby. He went to him and disappeared. After 15 minutes, he appeared unconscious on the grass. Having come to his senses, he said that he was taken to him by "aliens" with whom he spent 4 days. In fact, he was absent for 15 minutes, but during these minutes he grew a beard, the hour calendar showed not April 26, but April 30, and the clock itself was exactly 15 minutes behind. According to this clock, it was established that he was not on Earth for 95 hours.
And here is a story told by two archaeologists conducting research in the jungle of Guatemala in 1992. One night they were awakened by an unusual noise and saw a luminous object descending from the sky. This happened not far from their camp over an Indian village located next to an ancient Mayan temple.
Archaeologists José Sabittini and Augut Benavide went to this village. When they arrived there, the strange object had already disappeared, but left in a large clearing in the jungle, the trees around were broken and burned. It was seen that the object had a round shape, and there were deep dents on the ground along the edges of one and a half meters. There were 3 dents, perhaps these were the supports of this object during landing. In one of these dents, archaeologists found a small coin with the inscription "Tom Salivan, July 2172".
