But the most difficult situations have been caused by the incredible accumulation of hail - in some parts reaching 1.5 meters in height - on several roads connecting La Cruz with Cañada de Alvarez and Las Caleras.
Cars could no longer drive and got stuck in mounds of ice rocks! No injuries or accidents were reported.
In some areas, the accumulated hail had to be removed using tractors and loaders.
This is the second abnormal and strongest hail in Argentina in recent days …
