- It was found that driving the Izh Jupiter-4K motorcycle in the evening of the previous day, he made an exit to the left roadside ditch. As a result of his injuries, the motorcyclist died on the spot. The man ignored the motorcycle helmet, did not have the right to drive motor vehicles, and, possibly, was in a state of alcoholic intoxication, - the press service of the department reported.
The deceased man, often violated the traffic rules. Until December 2010, he was still a motorist, however, after twice in one night he was detained while driving a VAZ-2109 car under the influence of alcohol in the village of Dvoriki, Shuisky District, the court twice ruled to deprive him of the right to drive vehicles for general term 38 months.
- In April 2011, he was again stopped by traffic police and fined 5 thousand rubles for refusing to undergo a medical examination for alcohol intoxication, being deprived of the right to drive. In 2012, he has already been subjected to administrative arrest four times for traffic violations: three times for 14 days and once for 15 days, - the press service of the UGIBDD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Ivanovo region said.
By a strange, mystical coincidence, a malicious violator of traffic rules crashed while driving a motorcycle, driving which his father died 11 years ago. Moreover, the tragedy took place very close to the place of the current accident.
- The motorcyclist died not because of mystical forces, but because he had long forgotten about all the requirements of traffic rules and precautions that could save the poor fellow's life. Regularly grossly neglecting them, he forgot about his own safety and the safety of other road users, for which he was repeatedly punished and because of which what happened is taken as a rule, and not bad luck,”the press service emphasized.
The mysticism of numbers is also present in the recent crime incident. In late August, two residents of Kineshma beat a man to death. The suspect and the murdered were born on the same day, 3.03, 33 years apart.
