Recently, there was a stir on the Internet over a photo posted on the online service Imgur, according to Mirror. The fact is that, according to the author of the picture, John, he accidentally managed to capture a ghost.
About where and under what circumstances the photo was taken, the Internet users were told by a colleague of John, who introduced himself as Stevgoldhound.
“Last month we came to the dock for repairs and refurbishment. Next to our ship was an old military frigate, written off for scrap metal. After all the fragile items were removed, the workers were free to go about their business. Then the foreman John climbed on an old frigate with a camera to photograph the interior, he said.
According to the British tabloid Metro, then John handed the resulting pictures to his boss. The chief was the first to notice the outlines of a man and asked the foreman: "Who is this guy with the ax?"
“When the boss asked this question, John first looked at the figure in the photo and was completely confused. He had no idea who it was, since during the shooting he did not see a single living soul. Due to the fact that a strange subject was seen on a warship, the police were involved in the investigation of the incident,”said Stevgoldhound.
Law enforcement officers conducted a search, but it was unsuccessful.
“Even if it was a person, he could get on the ship and descend from it exclusively by the ladder, and then he had to be fixed by CCTV cameras,” said a colleague of the author of the photo.

One internet user responded to a man's request for help in investigating the incident and sharpened the image. After the improved snapshot appeared on Reddit, some users suggested more logical explanations.
“This is just an old vagabond living on an abandoned ship, who heard the sounds of footsteps, grabbed an ax and looked around the corner,” one of the participants in the discussion is convinced.
Another added: “If this person has lived on a ship for a long time, then he knows the location of all the ship premises better than the police. The ship is huge and it was not difficult for him to hide."
Such versions seemed unconvincing to John's colleague.
“I'm a skeptic,” he said. “But this guy is unlike any man we've ever seen at the dock. It gives me goosebumps. Naturally, I will not go there to look at it."
