For three months residents of Penza and the region sent several appeals related to UFOs. The paranormal expert has commented on these objects.
In the past few months, residents of Penza and the region have several times contacted the editorial office of the information portal PG58, and received messages from residents reporting UFOs they witnessed. The period from July 25 to August 1 stood out especially: at this time messages were received three times from different parts of the region.
The publication asked the head of the Penza group for metaphysical research of paranormal phenomena, Sergei Volkov, and a specialist in the field of physics, assistant professor in physics and chemistry, Anatoly Andreev, to talk about the phenomena and what the frequent UFO sightings may be related to.
- Unfortunately, it is impossible to make a qualitative analysis of unidentified objects captured by video cameras. It is possible to admit the fact of seeing a UFO. In this case, of course, it is worth stipulating that the UFO in this case is not an object of another reality or an alien ship, but something earthly, for example, plasma, - said Sergei Volkov.
- UFOs are often understood as objects that at a given time in a given place cannot be identified in the form of physical or technical models we are accustomed to due to a number of factors, for example, the quality of shooting, unprofessionalism in this area. All this requires scrupulous study, - Anatoly Sergeev made a general comment.

User Nikita Kuznetsov posted a video on April 21 showing strange reflections over the railway. Some blacksmiths immediately suspected of the UFO phenomenon.
Sergei Volkov: Objects in the Kuznetsk region were observed quite often in 2015-16. On average, the Penza group of researchers of anomalous phenomena received 1 - 2 reports per month. There have been cases of the impact of these spherical bodies on television and radio broadcasts. There was interference at the time of their observation. All phenomena were short-lived, within one and a half to two minutes, and only in the evening.
Anatoly Andreev: The glow in the sky can be explained by distant lightning (lightning), and possibly by the "northern lights" in our latitudes, especially taking into account weather anomalies. As for the two luminous fixed points, it may have been objects of the Earth's geostationary orbit, for example, artificial satellites or something like that, and possibly the lights of St. maybe it was corona high-voltage discharges on them. Taking into account the quality of the video, it is impossible to say more precisely.

Rustam Nuritdginov, a resident of Penza, contacted the editorial office. He, being at his dacha, recorded an unidentified flying object on video.
Sergey Volkov: I get the impression that this is an earthly body. But I don’t know which one. If you want to see what a UFO filmed at night looks like, I can show you. A UFO does not have a "mustache" that makes it look like a saucer. "Mustache" appears when shooting incandescent lamps.
Anatoly Andreev: It seems to me that the key point is the explanation of the author of the video: it was going to rain! Perhaps it was some kind of very large ball lightning (it does not have to be in the form of a regular ball, especially during fast movements). This is supported by the behavior of the UFO: it moved from side to side. The only thing missing is the ending - an explosion with the scattering of fragments of the phenomenon or an instant disappearance. But the author did not finish watching the phenomenon to the end …
Then, within a week, the Penza residents recorded objects several times. There were three requests in a week.

At the GPZ at about 2 am Penza residents witnessed the flight of an unidentified flying object. Gordey Godin was quietly talking in the kitchen with his grandmother when she was suddenly worried: there was a UFO outside the window. The young man went out onto the balcony and filmed the flying saucer.
Sergey Volkov: In the area of st. Antonova, Izmailova, three times in the past two years, residents have observed triangular objects in the sky in the evening and at night. These are just statistics of official messages. It can be assumed that objects manifested themselves much more often. The nature of their behavior was the same: a smooth approach from the city side, hovering at an altitude of about 300-400 meters, and a quick removal to the southeast. There were no noise, no traces in the sky.
Anatoly Andreev: Everything that is described in words is missing in the video. Nevertheless, the statement that there are no such technical objects in the Russian Federation as described in the text is, to put it mildly, far-fetched. For example, for a long time it was believed that the "Shuttle" is only in the USA, and then suddenly our "Buran" flew back and forth in an unmanned mode and landed exactly in the place from which it took off … Perhaps one of the amateur designers secretly tested the copter rather large, or maybe not an amateur designer. By the way, the copter can be with rocket engines.

This time a resident of the village of Prokazna, Penza region. Alexey Averyanov has been seeing floating objects near his house for four days.
Sergei Volkov: Not far from this place, in the evening, near Prokazny, the camera recorded a high-speed object - a "screw" (rod-shaped object). The object is also unique, since the topic of the genesis of augers has not yet been studied.
Anatoly Borisov: The essential difference between this UFO and the previous ones is their "recurrence" in time. However, judging by the photo, the shapes of the objects are different and more like blurry glowing clouds, which can also be caused by large weather anomalies this summer. As for the same direction of movement, it is possible that these days and hours were the same direction and speed of the wind at the height of their location.

A resident of Penza Yekaterina Ushakova recently witnessed an unidentified object, spotted at night, at 22:00 on July 29 over the Penza region. While not far from Vasilyevka, she saw a strangely glowing object.
Sergey Volkov: The geographic line Lunino - Penza, along the Sura River has been known as a vector of movement of anomalous objects since the 90s. For a period of more than 20 years, in Pyrkino, Prokazna, Ivanyrs and other settlements, anomalies were (and remain) frequent phenomena. Observations of fireballs, silvery bodies, "double" moons are not a complete list of UFOs. The phenomenon manifests itself mainly at night, but there are facts when residents were faced with a similarity of ball lightning during the day.
Anatoly Andreev: From the video it is impossible to determine with what speed the object was moving. Judging by its shape, it is a blurred circle. It's very similar to moving a laser beam across a cloud. As for the laser power, even in the USSR, laser sounding of the Moon was carried out, and the laser beam went there and was recorded upon returning after being reflected from the Moon.
Psychotherapist Sergei Tarasov spoke about why people can see objects in the sky more often.
- In psychotherapy there is a concept of "induced psychosis". Due to the frequent mentions and exaggerations in the media and mass culture of UFO topics, people are increasingly paying attention to objects in the sky, which were previously not given any importance and want to talk about it. Therefore, frequent appeals are caused not so much by the UFO as by its discussions.
