Winged chupacabra

The brother loves to drink, and such a person always sees something. Therefore, I did not believe what I heard, although my brother showed me a photograph of a dead Chupacabra, which was killed with a rake by a farmer from their village. My brother and I went on a night fishing on June 18. We abandoned fishing rods with bells, we are waiting. Suddenly, against the background of the starry sky, someone flies. It seemed to me that it was a kite, and in its claws it was holding a fish. But when the creature flew over us, I saw that it was a winged Chupacabra, in its claws it carried a puppy. The little dog was still alive, it wriggled, whined, tried to escape. But the predator did not release its prey and disappeared into the darkness.
Fiction or truth?
