The spirit of the murdered husband appeared to the woman and she confessed to the crime
Irina, a local resident, contacted the police of the Popasnyansky district of the Luhansk region. She said that her husband Igor had disappeared the day before. The man was put on the wanted list, but there were no traces or leads. As the police found out, on that fateful day, after working a shift at the plant, the man went home.
This was confirmed by several witnesses, so there was no doubt: he disappeared without a trace under mysterious circumstances. Although both the wife and the father-in-law kept repeating in one voice: Igor did not come home from work. A week later, Irina came to the police again. Her mobile phone received an anonymous SMS message with information about the location of her husband's body. The body was allegedly buried in a forest belt on the outskirts of Popasna. The officers of the criminal investigation department went there. But for several hours nothing was found.
Soon, Irina's father, Viktor Ivanovich, joined in the search for the missing son-in-law. An elderly man surprisingly quickly found Igor's corpse. It was almost impossible to identify the young man. And only by his clothes and noticeable tattoos on his arms, it was possible to say for sure that it was he. The result of the forensic medical examination is unambiguous - Igor was strangled. At first, the version was worked out that he had a quarrel with someone at work, he was watched over, beaten and strangled. However, it turned out that Igor did not conflict with any of his colleagues.
Therefore, it is possible that something happened that evening at his house, which both Viktor Ivanovich and Irina are silent about. The young widow was very nervous, was confused in the testimony, and the detectives assumed that something was gnawing at her and that she was about to tell everything.
At the next interrogation, a criminal investigation officer asked her a question: "Ira, what are you hiding?" In response, the woman burst into tears and told the truth. According to her, that evening, a banal quarrel took place between her and Igor, in which Viktor Ivanovich also intervened. A fight broke out between the men. The forces were not equal. And then the father-in-law grabbed the clothesline and strangled his son-in-law. When it got dark, the elderly man loaded him into the trunk of his car and took him to the forest plantation. Irina said that after the murder, the ghost of her husband began to appear to her every night and demand that she confess to a terrible sin, and most importantly, that his body should be truly buried.
In the end, in order not to completely lose her mind, the woman decided to come to the police station and report the allegedly received SMS message. Now she will have to answer for the concealment of the crime, but the woman's father will be convicted of the murder.
