Stupidity has become fashionable, it is boasted and boasted, it is an indicator of "coolness", especially among young people. Strange as it may seem, but now in our society it is “cooler” not to know something than to know. Those who show their intelligence and knowledge are often called "nerds", "bespectacled", "nerds", etc. Well, the phrase, sacramental for a Russian person: "What are you the smartest?" clearly shows that smart people in our society, to put it mildly, are not happy and it makes it clear in every possible way that it is better for smart people not to stick their heads out and not show their knowledge and intellect.
The nature of such attacks is quite simple, an underdeveloped herd offends that someone is smarter than them. In their concept, everyone should be like everyone else, that is, stupid and ignorant. Therefore, the average cattle so infuriates the manifestation of the mind. And again, only in Russia could they come up with the phrase: "lousy intelligentsia", which makes it very clear the attitude of the majority to intellect, culture and knowledge. It is fashionable to be stupid, watch stupid TV shows and plump on porches or pubs, but expanding horizons, reading books, gaining new knowledge and using them is considered reprehensible. This is a sign of irreparable degradation of society.
Do not follow the lead of a mindless and stupid herd, do not be afraid of a wretched and underdeveloped cattle, and do not try to become like them, this is the most shameful thing that can happen. Do not associate with those who do not respect knowledge and intelligence, this is a path to degradation. Look for those who value development and intelligence.
