Crimea (especially the South Coast) on the ufological map of Ukraine is replete with intensive places of deployment of "unidentified flying objects". Reports of UFO encounters from this area are received with enviable regularity
Kharkiv ufologist Sergei Petrov went to the thick of events in the hope of removing the aura of mystery from the incoming powerful ufological traffic. The ufologist arrived at Partenit in mid-September 2011. Here, he began an intensive survey of local residents (parking attendants and sellers of various profiles) and staff of the Krym sanatorium (medical staff and security guards) to observe anomalies in the area, and the results were not long in coming.
During a survey of a local resident Olga Irinovna Konyaeva from the medical staff of the Krym sanatorium, various visual fixations of UFO manifestations in this village were established starting from the late 80s. The objects observed were something unreal, so they were forever deposited in her memory.
In the late 1980s, Olga first saw a flying object similar to a satellite in the starry sky. But when on the way, he unexpectedly changed his trajectory by 90 degrees, she was surprised by the unusual maneuver not inherent in satellites.
In the late 80s, over the Black Sea, I observed a slow flight of a group of identical UFOs in the form of whitish balls about 10 m from the side of the Cliff.
In the early 90-ies over the Black Sea observed a flight of a UFO in the form of a scarlet ball about 10 m from the side of the Cliff.
In the early 90s over Partenit on a September evening, I saw a large disc-shaped UFO of dark metal color about 30-50 m hovering at a low height, which made it possible to see it from the 14-storey building of the sanatorium under No. 2. From above, the hull looked like a triangular superstructure, and from below, multi-colored light dimensions moved along the radius. After hovering just a couple of minutes, the UFO slowly headed towards the sea and hovered over the horizon for a while, and then disappeared. The same, huge, object was observed from the multi-storey building of the sanatorium under No. 1 at the foot of the Bear Mountain (Ayu-Dag) and a couple of vacationers who shared their impressions of what they saw with Olga. He also mentioned a typical sighting of a large UFO and a local patrolman on the embankment of the sanatorium, which his friend, who lived opposite Cape Plaka (Cliff), told him about. But it seemed to her in shape as a long cigar (rod) of dark color about 30m long and also slowly moved towards the Black Sea. Probably the difference in the description of a UFO is proportional to the difference in the place of its observation.
In the mid-90s, in the evening, I watched 3 light UFOs accompanying 2 motor ships over the sea for about 1.5 hours. The objects observed a horizontal formation until the course changed until they completely disappeared.
In the mid-90s, during the day, I observed a disc-shaped lenticular cloud at a low altitude of about 50 m in diameter. When trying to get closer to him, a feeling of fear suddenly appeared.
Promotional video:
In September-October last year (2010) at about 14:00, after the last hurricane, a whitish spherical cloud about 2m in diameter was seen from the back side of Bear Mountain. After 5 minutes, it began to move up. But unexpectedly, an identical spherical UFO flew out from the back side of Ayu-Dag in the direction of the first. Immediately the first UFO stopped for a moment and headed towards the second. When they met, they instantly disappeared.
On September 18, 2011, from 21.00 to 21.25 h, a white ball appeared from the side of Partenit, opposite the Black Sea. After hanging for about 5 minutes, he slowly walked towards Yalta.
In the Crimea, with the confluence of weather conditions, disc-shaped (binocular clouds) can form, resembling the shape of disc-shaped UFOs. But the manifestations of various UFOs by their characteristics of manifestations cannot in any way be involved in earthly technologies.
When interviewing a local resident of Beshentsev Andrey Adolfovich from the guards of the Krym sanatorium, various visual fixations of UFO manifestations in the town were also established. Partenit.
In the mid-1990s, on an August day at about 21:00 o'clock opposite the head of the Bear Mountain, about 100 m from the coast, Andrei observed a slow chaotic movement of a luminous group of orange UFOs, which lined up either in a horizontal formation or in triangles with different angles. The spectacle lasted about 2 hours with variable attenuation of objects. He also remembered and was surprised by the denial announced on the next day on the local Crimean TV channel about the involvement of yesterday's observed objects in the anomalous by the military. The report was called "We thought UFO - it turned out to be air defense."
Periodically observed single colored balls (red, orange, white) flying at night at 600-700m altitude.
One of the white balloons was filmed on July 30, 2011 by the security guard Alexei Galetsky, who was guarding the territory of the Krym sanatorium in one of the night shifts. When comparing the trajectories of artificial satellites in near-earth orbit, at this time and in this place, those were not found in the database. And the video shows that this object is not very high (about 1-2 km). Also, Alexey managed to photograph a group of glowing UFOs over the sea on September 12, 2006, which, periodically fading out, posed for vacationers and local residents of Partenit for about an hour. After checking the videos posted on the Internet with the manifestation of UFOs over the Black Sea, it turned out that the appearance of group UFOs above is massive throughout the South Coast of the Crimea and in the Odessa region. Light UFOs were recorded immediately from Feodosia to Sevastopol and only at night. It turned out that on September 12, 2006, typical light UFOs were also recorded in the city of Sudak opposite Cape Meganom. Two different groups of light UFOs were observed simultaneously, since Sudak and Partenit are not so far from each other and are visually visible, due to the relief of the Crimean coast. A typical group of UFOs was recorded in 2007 in Novy Svet, opposite Karul-Oba, standing out in a lined horizontal chain with almost the same distance. Demonstration of light UFOs in large numbers was again recorded on September 22, 2010 on the South Coast (Sudak, Kurortnoye, etc.). But the most record-breaking sighting of identical UFOs was on September 19, 2011. They were observed from Feodosia, Koktebel, Privetny, Morskoy, Sudak, Rybachy,p. Solnechnaya valley, p. Chalok, Alushta, town. Partenit, Yalta, Sevastopol, and even, according to eyewitnesses, were observed from the Kherson region. That evening, a local art dealer and an experienced photographer, Andrei, at about 7:45 pm, received a call from his acquaintances and said that a group UFO appeared over the sea 5 km from the coast. By the time he reached the embankment with a camera and a tripod, the objects gradually disappeared and it was not possible to fix them.the objects gradually disappeared and it was not possible to fix them.the objects gradually disappeared and it was not possible to fix them.
“At this moment in time I was heading from Sevastopol to Partenit and I also saw a luminous orange ball hanging over the sea alone at the entrance to Yalta. My attempts to fix the object were unsuccessful, as the bus was rushing quickly and the vegetation at the side of the road interfered with,”adds S. Petrov, a ufologist.
He further narrates that when studying on video the behavior of groups of light objects in the night sky, when studying all types of signal flares and the timing of any exercises in the Black Sea by the military, it turned out that the Ministry of Defense was involved in these objects.
1) Visual behavior of light objects:
The group light objects in the videos are the same color and size. A burning effect is noticed at the light source and a vertical column of outgoing smoke. The maximum number of objects does not exceed 7 pieces. The fixing time for light objects does not exceed 10 minutes. The decay point is alternate. After complete damping, after a short period of time the group lights are "lit up" again. They almost always change position in groups or the lights are lined up in a horizontal line. Periodically, after the flash of one of the lights, separation from the main group of objects and falling down are recorded. Near objects, flights of typical single light objects that suddenly appear nearby are periodically recorded, which, having reached the group, disappear or create bright flashes with the subsequent disappearance of one of the group of lights.
2) Signal lights:
A lot of pyrotechnic means have been created. With regard to UFO issues. Of interest are those whose action is associated with pyrotechnic effects at a considerable height.
Visual specificity. The first characteristic feature of the action of a jet cartridge is the appearance of a signal (single fire, a group of 2-6 lights, a smoke cloud or a smoke strip) directly high in the sky. Without any preliminary effects: the sound of a shot, a trail of fire, etc. The hiss, smoke and flame of the cartridge's jet engine are present only in the first seconds, during the so-called. "Active section" of the trajectory until the engine charge is burned out. And compared to the visibility range of the cartridge signal (kilometers), the visibility of its engine (a hundred or two meters) is close to zero. Therefore, the appearance for a distant observer of a luminous point (or a group of lights, or smoke) right in the middle of the sky, "out of nowhere" is the first sign of a reactive cartridge. The second feature follows from the fact that these cartridges were originally created for quick use in any situation:combat, emergency, search. With its compactness, tightness, full readiness to fire directly from the hands, the signal of a jet cartridge can be observed with equal probability within the metropolis, and in the deep taiga, and in the mountains, and at sea, in winter and summer. Unlike fireworks, this "faceless" signal has no connection to conditions, time and place.
Visual perception of signals. All pyrotechnic signals (jet, rocket launcher cartridges, etc.) move in a parabola. Due to the relatively low speed (50-150 m / s), the parabola is more or less steep.
The visible effect depends on a number of factors:
1. The position of the trajectory parabola in the sky relative to the observer (the observer is from the side, frontal, from below)
2. The conditions of the signal ejection.
3. For non-parachute - whether the signal has a speed reserve by inertia or starts to acquire acceleration of the fall.
4. For parachute ones - the effect of the wind on the parachute and the nature of the opening of the parachute (it opened immediately or with a delay, did not turn around, the lines overlapped in the wind, the lines break, etc.)
5. The state of the atmosphere (fog, cloudiness, illumination)
A combination of the above factors can produce subjectively bizarre effects. The fire in the sky can move unevenly (accelerating or slowing down), be seen in a halo or flicker ("blink"), the group of lights can change the number (due to rearrangement of the group at a great distance, attenuation of signals or separation of burning pieces from the stars).
Other types of lights. The duration of action in the air for 2-8.5 minutes can be given only by illuminating ammunition of artillery (lighting shells and mines) and aviation (SAB). At the same time, their visibility can reach 100 or more kilometers (like bright point lights).
"Chandeliers" and "balls" from the group of lights - multi-torch lighting bombs (SAB-250, SAB-500). Domestic - contain seven torches on parachutes. The duration of action is from 5 to 8, 5 minutes.
Groups of many lights hanging high in the sky are the result of an airplane shooting heat traps (IR cartridges of the PPI-26 type, etc.). It is a means of protecting planes and helicopters from missiles with thermal homing heads. Cassettes with jamming cartridges are fixed on the aircraft / helicopter fuselage; in flight, at the pilot's signal, jamming is shot back in groups to the sides of the fuselage. They are widely used in exercises. From a distance, it looks like a "bouquet" of red lights emerging in the sky - a single group or appearing one after another at short intervals.
Single flashes - sonic distress rockets, photo cartridges and photographic aerial bombs.
Glowing Lights on the Ground - Can be generated by ground-based pyrotechnic signals. With a duration of up to 2 minutes - with signal grenades, hand torches (flares); with a duration of several minutes - with reference-signal aerial bombs (such as NOSAB) and practical (for training bombing) aerial bombs.
Examples:
1. In the night sky at a considerable altitude, a bright point suddenly appears, much larger and brighter than the star. Without any preliminary phenomena (flashes, sound, etc.). The color is sometimes white-yellow, sometimes red. For about a minute, this star either stands absolutely motionless - as if a light bulb was lit in the sky - or smoothly moves horizontally. Then it also disappears - as if the "light" was turned off.
2. High in the night sky two bright luminous points appear at once - just in the sky, without any preliminary flashes, etc. These two points move almost synchronously in the lateral direction - obliquely or horizontally, smoothly slowing down or vice versa, smoothly accelerating. Sometimes they flicker. Then they go out simultaneously or with a slight difference. The phenomenon lasts for ten seconds.
3. In the same way as in item 2, but not two, but one bright point, white or white-yellow. Moves for 20-30 seconds.
3) Military exercises in the Black Sea (archive):
Sea Breeze-97
The first maneuvers from this already traditional series of naval exercises took place in the Crimea near Donuzlav from 25 to 31 August 1997. The forces of the US Navy, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Georgia, Turkey, Romania took part in them then. The area for the exercise was the Crimea and the Odessa region.

The Sea Breeze 2004 exercises did not take place because Ukraine sent a large contingent abroad (Bulgaria).
"Sea Breeze-2005"
In 2005, it was not possible to "revive" the Sea Breeze again, since this year was already very busy for the Ukrainian Navy for the exercises, the main of which was the NATO search and rescue exercise in the Mediterranean "Sorbet Royal-2005".
"Reaction-2005"
Operational-tactical exercises "Reaction-2005" were simultaneously held from 20 to 24 September at four combined-arms training ranges - Shirokolanivsky, Kiev-Alexandrovsky, Zhitomir and Cape Opuk, as well as at six airfields of the Ukrainian Air Force. On September 22, at the Opuk amphibious assault range (the Kerch peninsula of Crimea), maneuvers of the naval component of these exercises were held. Another stage of "Reaction-2005" took place at the combined-arms training ground "Shirokiy Lan" in the Nikolaev region, where the peacekeeping tasks of ground, aviation and naval units of the Rapid Reaction Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were carried out. At this stage of the exercises, the Su-27, Su-24M, Su-25, Su-24 MR aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force were involved. In 2005, in comparison with the previous years, three times more planes and four times more helicopters were involved in the “Reaction-2005” active phase.
Sea Breeze 2006
In connection with the outbreak of the war in Lebanon, the Americans were unable to send an appropriate detachment of forces to the Black Sea to conduct joint maneuvers. Therefore, the Sea Breeze 2006 exercise was canceled.
"Clear Sky 2006"
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine conducted tactical exercises "Clear Sky 2006" in Crimea to carry out joint combat missions of the Naval Forces, Ground Forces and Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense. During the exercise, which started on September 10, 12 live air-to-air missiles were fired in the airspace of the Chauda training ground and, for the first time in ten years, medium-range missiles were launched. On September 12, 2006, for the first time in 15 years, more than 20 live firing of guided missiles was carried out at night. During the tactical exercises "Clear Sky - 2006", sailors fired about 100 rocket fires by units of the Air Force, Ground Forces, artillery, military defense troops and ships of various forces of the Ukrainian fleet. The tactical exercises "Clear Sky - 2006" were extended until September 30.
"Tight Knot 2006"
In July, the Ministry of Defense planned to conduct military exercises of the Air Force units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Tight Knot-2006" on the basis of the Kulbakino airfield and the Kiev-Aleksandrovka air range in the Nikolaev region. The exercises were disrupted due to the anti-NATO actions carried out by the participants.
"Artery-2007"
On September 27, in Crimea, at the Opuk training ground and at the Southern Naval Base of the Ukrainian Navy, the next stages of the strategic command-staff exercises of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on operational support and logistics “Artery-2007” took place. In Saki, the military leadership of Ukraine got acquainted with the issues of material and technical support of naval aviation, the actions of units during the preparation and equipping with weapons of destruction of the Be-12 aircraft and the Ka-27 helicopter.
Sea Breeze 2007
The tactical international naval exercise Sea Breeze 2007 was continued in Odessa and in the Nikolaev region from July 9 to 22, 2007, and not in Crimea.
"Sea Knot-2008"
Within the framework of the practical phase of the command-staff exercises "Sea Knot-2008" in September 2008, live-fire exercises were held on the territory of the autonomy (Crimea). At the Chauda training ground in the Leninsky District, exercises were held using anti-aircraft missile and cannon weapons and fighter aircraft. More than 350 units of weapons and military equipment were involved - S-300, Buk-M1, Osa anti-aircraft missile systems, Tunguska anti-aircraft missile systems, as well as anti-aircraft installations and about 30 aircraft. At the "Opuk" training ground, combat firing was also conducted using all branches of the Air Force, naval and army aviation.
Sea Breeze-2008
Military exercises "Sea Breeze-2008" with the participation of the forces of Ukraine and NATO in the Odessa region were held from 14 to 26 July. The place of maneuvers was military training grounds in the Odessa region and Crimea, as well as the Black Sea waters adjacent to the peninsula. About a thousand soldiers from Azerbaijan, Belgium, Armenia, Great Britain, Georgia, Greece, Denmark, Canada, Latvia, Macedonia, Germany, USA, Turkey, France and Ukraine took part in the Sea Breeze exercises.
Sea Breeze 2009
Every summer in the south of Ukraine, including in the Crimea, the multinational military exercises Sea Breeze are held. They are usually accompanied by massive protests involving opponents of the country's accession to NATO. The Sea Breeze 2009 exercise was to take place in the territorial waters of Ukraine and at training grounds in the southern part of the country. 16 countries of the world agreed to participate in the maneuvers, which could send ships, aviation, infantry units, officers and observers to the multinational headquarters. The exercises were disrupted due to the fact that the Verkhovna Rada did not make a decision allowing military units of the countries participating in the exercises to enter the country.
Sea Breeze 2010
The international exercises Sea Breeze-2010 started on Monday 12 July 2010 in southern Ukraine. The offshore phase took place in the northwestern part of the Black Sea. The multinational headquarters of the Sea Breeze 2010 exercises was located on the territory of the Western Naval Base of the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Odessa. The exercise ended on 23 July.
"Interaction-2010"
On September 17, 2010, a large-scale military exercise "Interaction-2010" started in Crimea. They were attended by 7.5 thousand soldiers, 1200 units of equipment and weapons, more than 30 aircraft and helicopters, as well as 15 ships. The exercises took place at the Opuk training ground located in Crimea. During the active phase, training of ship groups, landing of marines on the coast, firing of aviation of the Air Force and Navy, coastal artillery of the Ukrainian Navy were carried out. In total, within the framework of "Interaction-2010", 55 exercises were conducted over two weeks.
Sea Breeze-2011
Starting from June 6, 2011, the bilateral exercises of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the US Naval Forces were held in Odessa with the invitation of representatives of the fleets of other countries "Sea Breeze-2011", which lasted until June 18.
Fairway of the World - 2011
On May 27, 2011, the first large-scale Russian-Ukrainian naval exercises were held in Crimea for the last six years. 17 warships, more than 50 armored vehicles, 300 infantrymen and aviation took part in the maneuvers called "Fairway of the World". The fleets of Ukraine and Russia, with joint support, also carried out rocket firing in the Black Sea in the summer (in June-July).
"Adequate response-2011"
On September 12, 2011, the research command and staff exercise of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Adequate Response - 2011" began. According to the plan, about 42 different research (tactical, special tactical, tactical flight) exercises were carried out, which took place successively at 15 training grounds of the ground forces, the Ukrainian Navy and the Air Force with the implementation of stages of live firing and missile launches. The active phase of the military exercises "Adequate Response 2011" took place in the Bolgradsky district of the Odessa region at the end of September. The exercise was attended by about 9.5 thousand military personnel, about 2.3 thousand units of various types of weapons and military equipment, in particular, 40 aircraft, 31 helicopters, 33 ships (boats, support vessels). The first to train were the crews of tactical aviation fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Near Sevastopol, they worked out aerobatics and elements of air battles. In addition to aviation, all components of the Armed Forces took part in the exercises. Also, according to the plan, launches of anti-aircraft missile systems, firing of artillery units were carried out and combat training exercises were performed by ships of the Ukrainian fleet. The exercise ended on September 30, 2011.
Further, the ufologist summarizes:
As can be seen from the above facts, mass manifestations of group light objects at night off the coast of Crimea and Nikolaev, Kherson, Odessa regions are multi-flare lighting bombs of the SAB-250 and SAB-500 type, hovering on parachutes, and which play the role of targets when conducting training exercises by aviation of the Air Force (Air Force) in cooperation with the Naval Forces (Navy). The emerging single lights that move towards the groups of fires are air-to-air missiles fired from military aircraft for practicing the destruction of air targets. On military aircraft, parking lights are rarely used, as this increases the risk of being detected by the enemy, so aircraft do not stand out in the night sky. And,the silent flight of military aircraft depends on the types of engines used and the altitude gained.
A group of light UFOs captured on video by a local resident of Sevastopol, Alexei Tukin, on September 19, 2011 from a high-rise building on the street. Nadezhda Ostrovskaya in the district of them. Vakulenchuk, allegedly located above the Leninsky district, Vosstaniya square, also belongs to the military. At first glance, in the indicated region of Sevastopol, exercises cannot be conducted in any way, since this region is located in a residential area. This is also indicated by the hotel "Crimea" mentioned in the video, located to the left of the square. But after examining the map of Sevastopol, it turned out that the objects were located farther than the indicated district above the South Bay, where military aircraft and warships were used. This is also indicated by the video footage of the air-to-air missile that appeared to the left of the group of lights.
Of course, it is biased to consider all light UFOs at night only as earthlings' technologies (lanterns, rockets, light targets or satellites), since some of them can be extraterrestrial (in the literal sense of the word) and play the role of a reconnaissance or observation character, including when carrying out maneuvers!
