On our planet, secrets are found not only on earth and heaven, but also in the body - and on the radio. If scientists are still trying to explain some of the oddities, then some of the phenomena have also puzzled the world's scientific potential.

UVB-76

The codename for the signal that has been broadcast on radio for over twenty years, on the same frequency. In fact, this is a sound that is somewhat similar to the air signal of a truck. But the most striking thing is not this, but the fact that over 20 years of broadcasting, this one was cut off only three times, and each time a male voice called Russian names and some numbers on the channel. The last recorded dates are Christmas 1997 and January 2006.

Interruption of the broadcast of one of the US channels

In 1997, in New Jersey, some maniac decided that it was time for children watching Disney Theater to grow up when the program was suddenly interrupted by the broadcast of a porn movie. However, the parents who came to their senses did not have to explain for a long time what exactly was happening on the screen, the children themselves realized that aunt and uncle are fighting ^ _ ^ but who will win is unknown.

In 2009, in the small town of Tusan (Arizona), a similar incident occurred, the broadcast of a football match was interrupted by an equally interesting show, on the screens a girl was unbuttoning a man's fly. In both cases, the culprit was not found. Straight porn Robin Hood of some kind.

Max Headroom's Invasion

On November 22, 1987, the broadcasting of two TV channels at once was hacked. On the screens instead of their favorite TV shows, viewers saw a man in a mask of Max Khudrom with dead eyes, carrying some kind of nonsense. Max Hudrom is a character created in the 80s for advertising.

Music backwards

In fact, the broadcast is not music played backwards, because the forward and backward playback of a fragment of this podcast showed that this is just some kind of set of sounds, from rattling to tapping. The signal was first recorded in 2004 by an ordinary radio amateur. Since then, no one has heard it, but there is evidence that in 2009 several radio amateurs at once caught this signal at four different frequencies at once. It is noteworthy that the range of these frequencies belongs to the US Navy, but if not for one thing! Special devices record that the broadcast is taking place, each time from different parts of the world - central Europe, USA.

WOW signal

This signal was captured by Jerry Ehman on the American Big Ear radio telescope on August 15, 1977. What is so amazing about it, and where does such a funny name come from? A blank on the printout meant an intensity from 0 to 0.999..; numbers 1-9 - corresponding intensities from the range from 1.000 to 9.999.

Intensities starting from 10.0 were coded by letters. For example "A" meant intensity from 10.0 to 10.999, "B" from 11.0 to 11.999, etc.). The letter 'U' (intensity between 30.0 and 30.999) was encountered only once during the entire operation of the radio telescope. Intensities in this case are dimensionless signal-to-noise ratios; the noise intensity in each frequency band was taken as the average for the preceding several minutes.

There are several versions about the origin of this signal. The first is the simplest one, this signal was sent from the ground, reflected from some space debris, and returned back, but the version is unlikely, because at that time, besides the Big Ear, radio noise was scanned by God knows how many radio telescopes, including more powerful ones, however nothing of the kind was recorded on them. In the second version, the signal could be sent from a moving alien spacecraft.
