Instead of discussing systemic problems with the population, finding "pain points" of society and the economy, thinking how to solve it more correctly and profitably for everyone, the private mistakes of governors, mayors, government agencies and officials are corrected on "direct lines". There is only one negative indicator of all this - on each "straight line" there are practically the same problems: no bridge, no school, no heating, no medicine, no salary, no road. Those. someone just doesn't do their job. What is there to discuss? Here it is necessary to fire.
Now let's talk about how the "Direct Line" with the President should actually run.
You cannot cancel this procedure. Let, as now, collect the problems of residents of the country on the website, in the application, through social networks. Our people need a place where they can complain to the "king" about something in their own words. Americans each have a personal dentist and a lawyer, and our baba Klava will not go to court. But she will tell Putin everything about the bastard governor and the mess in the city.

So, all these problems are collected somewhere, and then GOVERNORS, MAYORS, officials, government agencies, state institutions all consider and decide, indicating what has been decided, what has not been resolved and why. I think here it will be impossible to just blur or disown the problem. For example, this time, the appeal of Belgorod residents from one of the enterprises regarding salary delays has already led to the fact that the state bodies detained the director without waiting for a direct line. That's how it should be.
Governors and officials should more than once a year clutch at the heart and chair during a straight line and rush to close the problem, and work on these appeals all year round. What is the difficulty to see the percentage of closure of such issues by the governor, mayor, minister during the year and dismiss him simply because he solved them insufficiently or poorly.
And after all this, let Putin discuss the RESULTS of the RESOLUTION of these complaints and situations with the population on a straight line. On the basis of this, let the President think about whom to fire, whom to pretend to and where to change the system of solving such problems. Discussions on a direct line should be exactly systemic issues, and not that often nonsense that constantly crawls on the air of this event. Now a guy of about 20 is sitting in the studio. Today's direct line with Putin is just beginning, but I think that the level of problems will remain the same and the number of applications is only growing from year to year.
