They say he is 30 thousand years old, and stonehenge is far from him. It is described in ancient books, oriented by the stars and built by the Aryans.

The archaeological find of the late 80s in Arkaim confused the minds of many. It turned out that the civilization geographically positioned in the vastness of Russia is in no way less than 4000 years old; Stonehenge can rest. That is, Russia began by no means from Nestor the Chronicler. The message that the grave of Spitama Zarathushtra was allegedly found in the same place, shocked everyone. From which the thesis was reasonably hatched: the Aryans are proto-Slavs and in general.

Each new stage of excavations presented another sensation. There was no limit to the surprise of archaeologists. These are labyrinths - traps at the entrances to Arkaim, there are many passages inside the outer wall. On the rooftops of the houses was the upper street, along which you could ride in chariots! Let's not forget that Arkaim was built entirely of wood and bricks, pressed from straw, soil and manure. The huge five-meter walls consisted of wooden log cabins filled with ground bricks. Moreover, during the excavations, it was clear that the bricks with which the outer walls were faced had a different color. Arkaim was beautiful on the outside - a perfectly round city with prominent gate towers, burning lights and a beautifully designed "facade".

Arkaim is not just a complex structure, but even sophisticatedly complex. Studying the plan immediately revealed its resemblance to the famous Stonehenge monument in England. For example, the diameter of the inner circle of Arkaim is indicated everywhere equal to 85 meters, in fact, it is a ring with two radii - 40 and 43.2 meters. Meanwhile, the radius of the Aubrey hole ring at Stonehenge is 43.2 meters! Both Stonehenge and Arkaim are located at the same latitude, both in the center of a bowl-shaped valley. But there are 4 thousand kilometers between them.

In the 1980s, Arkaim was threatened by flooding during the construction of a reservoir in the Bredinsky district, however, the Ural community and the local branch of the Academy of Sciences managed to defend the find. The excavations of the fortified city, called in the press the Ural Troy and the Russian Stonehenge, are still going on at a very slow pace, so many questions regarding the goals and methods of building this structure are not clear.

Over the past three decades, the archeology of the Chelyabinsk region has made a giant step forward - unique world-class archeological monuments have been discovered. Arkaim. megaliths of Vera Island. and the only geoglyph in Eurasia.
