World renowned physicist Dr. Michio Kaku made a shocking confession during a live broadcast on CBS. The American Ionosphere and Aurora Research Project known as HAARP is responsible for the recent hurricane wave.
Dr. Kaku acknowledged that the recent "man-made" hurricanes were the result of a government program to change the weather, in which nanoparticles were sprayed into the sky and then "activated" by "lasers."

The Ionosphere and Aurora Research Project (HAARP) was launched in the early 1990s as part of the Ionospheric Research Program, funded by the US Air Force, US Navy, University of Alaska Fairbanks and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
HAARP allows the military to change the weather and turn it into a weapon, causing earthquakes, floods and hurricanes, government officials said.
