The Australian woman spoke about an unusual illness, the cause of which has not been found out by doctors for several months. According to the 9News information portal, the girl is bleeding from her eyes and mouth, and she also has seizures. Six months ago, 17-year-old Alexis Harrison, a part-time kindergarten worker, slipped in the bathroom. She hit her head when she fell. At the hospital, the girl was examined and sent home.

The next day, she started bleeding from her eye for the first time, and a little later she had a seizure. The Australian woman was taken to hospital, where Harrison had a computed tomography (CT) scan of the head. The doctors said that the picture showed no brain damage, and three hours later they were released home. According to Harrison's mother, the girl was in a semi-conscious state, but the doctors referred to the results of the examination and assured that everything would be fine.

After that, Harrison bled from his eye several times, and the seizures began to last longer. However, with every visit to the hospital, the doctors mentioned the excellent CT results and sent the girl home. The parents insisted on conducting magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain. The examination also showed that there was no damage to the organ, and doctors suggested that the seizures have "psychological causes." The ophthalmologist also did not find any damage in the eyes, but added that they cannot bleed due to "psychological reasons".

It wasn't until early May that the girl's mother discovered that the doctors had been looking at another patient's CT scan all this time. Harrison has some mass in his paranasal sinuses, a new study has shown, but doctors doubt it has anything to do with seizures and bloody tears. Now the girl has seizures up to three o'clock, and the blood comes from two eyes, nose and mouth. The Australian woman cannot work or drive a car and has problems with her studies. Doctors from other medical institutions do not take on Harrison's case, as "they have not seen anything like this."
