It must be remembered that when using black magic, an error in casting a spell can turn into a disaster. And everything that a person wished will return to him sooner or later. You can't often use magic either, otherwise you can upset the balance in the existence of the world. After all, magic changes the world with the help of an invisible force, and if we take into account that all the elements of the world are connected, then changing one of them will certainly pull and change everything else.
