As soon as I read in the book by Joe Vitale and Hugh Lin the impact of the phrase "I Love You", I began to apply it in all situations of life. I started using it when I woke up, had breakfast, took a shower, talked on the phone, walked, etc.
The phrase "I Love You" I mostly said to myself. However, I began to try to pronounce it to people close to me as often as possible. You know, some were surprised, some were confused, but no one told me: “Are you out of your mind” or “are you all right? No, they just smiled, and most importantly - in the end I began to hear from them the same phrase “And I Love You”.

Concentrate your consciousness on this and mentally begin to say “I Love You”. You can address the universe (God who believes in what. Whether you believe in efficiency or not, just trust the process and continue. All you have to do is repeat "I Love You."
