American meteorologists suddenly discovered something huge and anomalous in the space above the United States, the likes of which they had never seen before.

It is not yet known exactly what it is and only assumptions are used.

According to The Drive, many meteorologists come across unusual phenomena from time to time, which are difficult to immediately find an explanation for. But the current anomaly surprised even experienced professionals.

An unusual object was observed over southern Illinois, southwestern Indiana and western Kentucky. Its length at the beginning was small, but then it reached an incredible 80 kilometers and this strange formation was in the air for more than ten hours.

The object was suspended 3 km above the ground. At the same time, it did not hang statically, but briskly moved south from state to state, changing its shape.

At first it was a rounded "bunch", which, as it moved, stretched more and more in length.

Meteorologist Wayne Hart from WEHT television station in Evansville, Indiana was the first to write about this anomaly and the observation of it on social networks, and he was the first to put forward a version that it could be.

According to Hart, according to his source, it is most likely a cloud that formed after a Lockheed C-130 Hercules military transport plane flew northwest of Evansville. Like, for some reason, an AN / ALE-47 decoy ejection machine went off on the plane.

However, other experts were skeptical about this version. First, because the "drop" had a temperature too high for false thermal targets.

Secondly, not a single C-130 aircraft was registered at any military base in Kentucky, Indiana and Illinois, that is, where the "drop" was detected. The nearest base with such an aircraft is in the east of Indiana and quite far from the incident site.

And thirdly, no additional information about the incident with the Lockheed C-130 Hercules has appeared, including the number of the aircraft with which it happened.

Therefore, experts expressed that maybe Hart misheard or misinterpreted the words of his source.

According to another version that arose on the network, the "drop" was a secret military test of spraying some substance in the air. This version immediately interested conspiracy theorists and those who believe in chemtrails (chemtrails).
