Historians around the world claim that German scientists during the war tried to create their own territory on the ice continent - "New Swabia", where they conducted secret tests of space objects.
A huge territorial anomaly discovered by UFO Hunters in Antarctica may prove the presence of a Nazi base here for testing UFO objects during World War II. Details of the surprising discovery are published by the British newspaper The Daily Mail.
Scientists from Ohio University (USA) discovered in the Wilkes Land area a large ice wasteland about 240 kilometers horizontally and up to 850 meters deep, which, according to them, could not be created by natural conditions and from space resembles a storage room for a huge aircraft.
The wasteland was first captured back in 2006 by the NASA spacecraft, and since then, scientists have not traveled to the site for inspection.
Some researchers claim that a huge "imprint" could remain on the icy continent after the fall of the asteroid, but other experts have noticed that the crater is symmetrically surrounded by strange pyramids, which also more resemble the creation of human hands - a kind of "garage" where large space objects.
“This ice shelf hid equipment of gigantic proportions. There was clearly the presence of extraterrestrial objects that could be tested and studied by Nazi Germany, according to assumptions, which had its own military and UFO base on this territory, - notes the author of the study, Dr. Ralph von Freese.
Recall that in the period from 1939 to 1945, Nazi Germany made territorial claims to Antarctica, in part of the Queen Maud Land, before that - formally dependent territory of Norway.
About a thousand kilometers from the North Pole towards the islands of Franz Josef Land, a former base was discovered, where ships of the Third Reich had regularly sent since 1939. They called this part of the Earth New Swabia - and it surpassed Germany in area.

In the winter of 1947, the American Navy headed here with Operation High Jump, which was disguised as a research expedition, in which aircraft carriers, warships and 13 military aircraft were sent to the shores of Antarctica. Upon reaching Queen Maud Land, the leadership suddenly decided to stop the operation and only a year later wrote about the real reasons: allegedly they were attacked and shot down by several combat aircraft by flying objects that emerged from the water.
