- I do not think that the appearance of failures is related to human activity. Most likely, they are of natural origin. Subsoil waters penetrated into dehydrated horizons and played the role of a kind of lubricant, which accelerated the process of displacement of soil layers.
Dips appear unexpectedly and in the most unpredictable places. In this house, the cesspool of the toilet not only became deeper, but also wider and almost carried the whole structure along with its inhabitants with it. Other failures do not directly threaten people's lives. But their origin is no less mysterious.
