Scientists have promised that in the future, cancer treatment will be carried out through one single injection. The development of an appropriate drug-free method is already in its final stages.

Specialists from the UK have developed a new way of dealing with cancer, not associated with radiation and chemical therapy. The human immune system itself, which doctors have learned to adjust accordingly with the help of a new vaccine, will act as a damaging factor for cancer cells. The process of treating a cancer patient will begin with taking samples of the cancer and those lymphocytes that have already tried to destroy the focus of the disease.

Then, specialists in laboratory conditions will multiply the productive immune cells taken from the patient and "teach" them to destroy specific cancers, again borrowed from the patient himself. At the final stage of treatment, the patient will be injected into the blood of specially "trained" lymphocytes in the form of a vaccine, which will independently begin to free the body from cancer cells. At the same time, according to the authors of the study, the post-injection treatment process will take much less time than with the use of widespread chemotherapy, and its productivity will be several times higher.
