A few days ago, a reddit post from a girl with the nickname "livinlavidaloca182" appeared, entitled "I'm not sure who I saw, but it was scary."
“I am writing here because this is the best place to find out what I have seen. Me and my friend that evening walked in the area of a large park in our city. It was about 11 o'clock, we were both teenagers and we just walked, laughed and so on. Meanwhile, it became very dark around.
The darkness was like pitch, because there are practically no lanterns in our park, but it didn't bother me very much. Me and my friend (let's call him Sam) were by then in the area of the park public area (where the swings and benches). And then we both smelled this very nasty and rancid smell.
The stench was so strong that it made me sick, but we both tried to wrap it up as a joke and started saying that it smelled of that girl from school that we didn't like. But the smell became stronger and stronger, and suddenly, when I glanced over the small wall-fence of the park, I saw this creature next to the bench.
It was squatting low next to the bench and was still about 5 feet (1.5 meters) high, so it would probably be 2.5 meters in full height. Otherwise, it looked like a completely naked person. We both stared at him and stared in silence for a few seconds. And then this thing started to giggle very eerily like a child."
Below, in the comments to this post, the girl added that the creature was pale gray and reminded her of monsters from urban legends, but she had never heard of anything like that in her native Scotland. And also that this creature actually scared her very much and then dreamed in nightmares and that she still does not even approach this park at nightfall.
The girl does not indicate the exact coordinates of the place, as well as the name of the city. She writes that she does not want to attract attention to herself, since she lives very close to the park, and the park is very dense and that she often walked there over the years and never saw anything like it.

When asked in the comments if this creature had followed her and her boyfriend as they left the park, the girl wrote that she didn't know. But that sometimes, when she opens the windows, it seems to her that she smells that nasty smell again.
The girl posted her message about the observation of a creepy creature at once in several sections of Reddit related to aliens and creatures from urban legends.
In the comments, they often wrote to her that most likely the creature she saw was the so-called "Fleshgait", aka Rake. This monster is a frequent character in modern creepypast horror stories. But in Scotland, meetings with him really did not exist before this incident.
