Shannon, with her husband and two children, an 18-month-old baby and a 2-year-old child, boarded a plane in Vancouver and waited for take off. Their seat was in the back of the cabin and she saw all the new passengers who entered.
The older child asked for the toilet and his father went there with him. At that moment, Shannon noticed two strange children without parents entering the salon. At first it was a boy of about ten, followed by a girl of the same age. As the boy walked down the center of the cabin to the back, Shannon got a good look at him and thought there was something strange with this child.
First of all, she noted the unnaturally bright blue eyes of the child, and these eyes seemed to emit a glow.
“When he looked at me, it seemed to me that he could notice every little thing inside me, every part of my soul. His gaze seemed to penetrate my very mind. He stared at me and I stared at him. It was very difficult to maintain that kind of eye contact, but I tried hard."
The boy was wearing a short-sleeved polo shirt and its color - salmon - perfectly matched the color of his lips. The skin was a little tanned, and the bright blue eyes looked not childishly serious and intent.

When the boy came very close and there were only 5-6 rows between them, Shannon finally forced herself to look away from him and put her head down. But she picked it up again when she heard the boy's question "Are you a little tense?" Shannon mumbled "Yes," after which the boy went off into the adjacent rows.
“His question was even stranger than his eyes. Well, what normal 10-year-old boy will notice an accidental mother with a baby 5-6 rows of chairs from him and will notice that she is tense?

The boy and girl sat down 6 rows before Shannon. The flight proceeded as usual and when the plane touched down in Minnesota, the Shannon family was the last to leave the cabin. But when she reached the rows where the boy and the girl were sitting, she saw that the boy and the girl were still sitting in their places, as if they were waiting for Shannon.
“He turned his head to me and looked at me as strange as when I saw him for the first time. I tried to maintain eye contact with him. Shannon did not want to linger and went to the exit from the salon for her family. Curiously, none of her family seemed to notice this boy and girl at all. Shannon with her husband and children then went to receive the luggage and kept looking out for those two children when they also got off the plane. But they never came out, as if they had disappeared.
Shannon, alarmed, specially stood for quite a long time at the luggage "carousel", all waiting for the appearance of those children and asked her husband and children to wait a little longer. Naturally, she did not wait and after a couple of hours left the airport with her family.
A year later, Shannon remembered this strange story and asked her husband what he thought, where the children could have gone. And her husband told her that he had not seen children on the plane that matched Shannon's description.
