Its content includes 112 short Latin phrases describing the popes, starting with Celestine II, elected in 1143, and up to the Second Coming and the Last Judgment. According to the most common interpretation of the prophecy, the penultimate pope is Benedict XVI (2005-2013), who is associated with the phrase "Gloria Olivae" ("Glory of the olive"). His reign ended on the evening of February 28, 2013. The latter is called by the Pope "Peter the Roman" (lat. Petrus Romanus). The two final paragraphs of the prophecy contain the following text:

And that was only because he connected it with the attempt on the life of John Paul II in 1981 and with the martyrdom of the popes in the 20th century. Here is the explanation.
However, many people did not believe it, there were rumors that the Vatican changed the text, or hid some part of it. On the doubts of people in 2001, a certain cardinal appeared, who allegedly saw the original of the prophecy and did not act on behalf of the Vatican. What this cardinal began to expound, you cannot call anything other than nonsense, flying saucers, saucers, evil aliens who are killing dad. Now let's compare the prophecy of Saint Malachi and Fatima.
