FEMA is the United States Federal Emergency Management Agency. From unofficial sources of information it became known that FEMA is secretly (so as not to sow panic among the Americans) is preparing for a solar superstorm, which astronomers-scientists predicted based on data obtained from NASA satellites constantly monitoring the activity of our star.
Scientists warn that the upcoming solar storm in its strength may be commensurate with the "Carrington event" of 1859. Just over a century and a half ago, astronomers noted that sunspots look somewhat different and are accompanied by unusually strong coronal ejections. It was at the end of August, and in early September of that fateful year, a huge mass of magnetic matter flooded the planet, causing fantastic disturbances on it.
Suffice it to say that at that time the aurora was observed even over the Caribbean islands, and gold prospectors in Alaska could work around the clock, since here it was as bright as day at night. Compass arrows all over the planet "went crazy", clocks were lagging behind or in a hurry, but electrical mechanisms and telegraphs suffered the most in this situation, since the latter were completely out of order, and transformers and car batteries simply boiled or even exploded.
At present, we are even more dependent on such a cosmic "surprise", since modern supertechnologies are designed only for the average magnetic solar winds. If there really is a huge corona ejection, commensurate with the "Carrington event" of 1859, then already in the first minutes of its attack, 15 percent of space satellites will fail, due to which GPS and cellular communications will be disrupted. Serious disruptions are also expected for wireline communications, especially fiber optic communications, leading to the collapse of the Internet. Magnetic disks and flash drives can also be damaged. However, the most vulnerable in this case will be the US power system, the weakness of which has long been a talk of the town (which can be violated by any, even artificially created solar magnetic emission). According to preliminary data, this will lead tothat at least 100-150 million inhabitants of the megalopolises of the United States will have to be urgently evacuated somewhere, since without electricity in big cities real hell will begin.
But where to evacuate such a huge number of people? Conspiracy theorists have long since given an answer to this question, drawing public attention to the numerous FEMA concentration camps and at least 5-6 million plastic coffins prepared by the US authorities to date.
