Whatever one may say, but the actualization of a serious conversation about the correctness or incorrectness of the entry of the new Russia into world geopolitics cannot be avoided. However, now many are engaged in this, so the task is not to competently join the polyphony, gaining a bunch of likes along the way, but to strictly follow the long-invented and effective methodology: "from the general to the particular", that is, deduction, allowing to identify the deepest causes of what is happening.

However, an effective methodology does not mean attractive: from the particular to the general (induction), incomparably more widespread is the number of undeveloped likes and darkness with a bunch of zeros, I don't want to take it. In addition, deduction is a more effective method, especially thanks to the famous detective from Baker Street, but it does not guarantee either from mistakes or from endless disputes.

For example, Lev Gumilyov, to prove his hypothesis, preferred to explore the world "from the height of a bird's flight." The speculation and conclusions, which are not possible to verify experimentally (due to the insignificant duration of human life and the widespread cleaning of historical factology), left the hypothesis unrecognized, and the Gumilev method was called "not devoid of originality."

And here's another thing: in the era of space flight, it has become fashionable to operate with a glance from the earth's orbit. However, due to the minimal percentage of lucky people, the total number of whom is far beyond the margin of error, this method also did not expand the understanding of global processes, remaining in the plane of professional preferences and the same speculative armchair hypotheses.

For example, one sees from the armchair space the Earth in black and white spots, where black spots are poor regions, and white ones, respectively, are rich. From this it is concluded that for civilization, in order to remove explosive contradictions, it is predetermined to turn towards equalizing the standards of human life of the entire planet. Another, having seen through his office-space porthole, endlessly smoldering many kilometers of traffic jams, expanded the list of critical dangers from overpopulation to climatic man-made, despite the 90% unpopulated territory, nullifying all conspiracy theories regarding the critical need to regulate the number of earthlings, and “climate investigations ", Reducing the fight against pollution to the level of banal" money laundering for false and pretentious ideas."

In general, there are innumerable irreversible human problems, which can be overcome each time only on the plane of "piling on the whole world", or even better - by moving towards the creation of a world government. Even the similarity of this “promising model” with the gigantic pyramid itself, strikingly reminiscent of the well-known Masonic symbols, does not even bother.

Meanwhile, events go on as usual, landing planes with explosions and interrupting concerts with machine gun bursts to kill. At the same time, the process, apparently, is only in the initial stage of the upcoming take-off, and in order to consider it as a whole, there is still no way without deduction.

So, terrorism is not a new phenomenon, but as long as it wandered around the regions of the third world, the honorary title "international" he only dreamed of. The superpowers, who divided the world into spheres of influence, effectively stopped rare sorties with fire to kill, without hesitation and without organizing press conferences. Including by hiding the facts themselves.

Everything changed with the collapse of the USSR. The public tank shooting of the White House with a legitimate parliament inside, finally legalized the terminological balancing act, making it easy and unconstrained to call the coup d'etat a democratic revolution, and then widely opened the doors of the former empire, which had never known such openness. To the applause of both internal and external Liberal Democrats, terrorism immediately took advantage of the gap and began monotonous work to raise its status.

Today, there is more than enough evidence to assert that the first Chechen war was a planned terrorist attack in the underbelly of Russia with the aim of launching a spontaneous and irreversible process of the “parade of sovereignties”. Customers, executors and potential beneficiaries of potential future fragments of the once great empire, the size of which were supposed to shrink to the Moscow region, have long been known. It appears that behind the "Chechen rebels", as they were touchingly called in the West (and not only), were the full-fledged state interests of many countries eager for a hearty pie.

Thus, it should be admitted: Russia almost fell victim to full-fledged "state terrorism", which, thanks to double standards, became a legitimate instrument for solving international problems, intended for monotonous "work" no longer on the periphery of unwanted world powers, but in the most, that neither on is, their insides.

I will not list all subsequent terrorist attacks, including very recent ones, I will only say that the term “international terrorism” did not become an increase in status, but was deliberately called upon to replace the “state” one with only one purpose: to disguise the secret interests of the powerful, but simply - the interests of the most powerful countries and blocs that have not got rid of imperial ambitions, no matter how you disguise these ambitions as diplomatic "zones of influence" for the spread of the notorious "universal values of mankind."

Rising higher and higher above the Earth in an armchair spacecraft, I pick up a map of empires of the past and understand: most of the "hot spots" still pulsate at the intersection of the interests of former and present empires, which means only one thing - the imperial gene has not gone anywhere, and remains the main factor of world geopolitics. And if earlier imperial contradictions were resolved with the help of open military clashes, today the well-known fear of the weapon of retaliation has transferred the struggle to the plane of global involvement of everyone in a single game according to the rules interpreted depending on the situation. That is, in essence, a game without rules, where state terrorism (already without quotation marks) suddenly began to play one of the first violins.

In particular, the real act of state terrorism is the extremely illegitimate actions of the Western coalition in the heart of the Middle East without any mandate. The frank silence of the UN and other structures designed to guard the rule of law allowed the situation to be brought to a complete absurdity, when a false pretext about a gas attack and the subsequent unprovoked launch of tomahawks could lead to a much larger clash. Only thanks to such a clear cover, Turkey went on a very frank state terrorist act against the Russian Su-24, shot down in the zone of operation of the Russian Aerospace Forces, which unexpectedly revealed deep Turkish ambitions long awaiting their time, based on the foundation of the famous Ottoman Empire (aka the Brilliant Porta), which existed for over 600 years. The collapse of the empire, followed by an attempt to build some ugly semblance of a secular state within the tight borders of modern Turkey and in an unpredictable semi-artificial environment, pushed the country towards a temporary rapprochement with the West and even joining NATO. Now it is clear that there has never been any talk of any accession to the EU, either from one side or the other, despite the constantly circulating news about a new stage in the next endless negotiations. On the other hand, NATO's umbrella made it possible to preserve the country and gradually return to vigilant claims to regional dominance. That is why today the Turkish leadership is behaving as risky as possible, riding a wave of patriotism and launching tentacles into all Middle Eastern processes, including openly criminal ones.

Against this background, today's surge in Turkish ambitions has only an indirect relationship to the personality of Erdogan (who, of course, has its own personal goals). Turkish society has long been pregnant with the former greatness of Porta, just as, by the way, Russia is pregnant with the greatness of the Russian Empire. And just like Iran dreams of reviving its great Persian past. Therefore, Turkey will increasingly resist the influence of any external players in its "own" region, be it Russia or even its conditional allies, who have not shown a clear attitude to the potentially explosive act that happened. And therefore, Iran will flirt with Russia, then take rash steps as a counterbalance, not wanting to have any big players at hand.

Thus, we come to the inevitable conclusion: ISIL, as an instrument of state terrorism of several new / old world empires, will exist until it completely gets out of control or until its resource is completely exhausted. Until then, Russia can only rely on its own strength, sometimes receiving tacit support from temporary fellow travelers (thanks to China and for this), who also have their own interests, after which there will be inevitable attempts by all players to take away the laurels of the winners with subsequent standard accusations and yet another generation of even more disgusting and complex forms of influence. On the agenda is the birth of a new term - "hybrid state terrorism", which combines all forms: military, political, economic (sanctions) and information pressure. However, I suppose that all this, in the end, will not only lead to the collapse of globalization and the notorious international law without rules, but also to the final closure of the book with idealists' dreams of world government. However, there is a road for them.

In any case, until the resource of the new / old empires themselves is once again exhausted and people write a new historical book about earthly problems, clearly visible from somewhere already from the far orbit of the solar system.
