Its owners, since so many resources are concentrated in their hands, must have endless imagination regarding the useful use of capital for the common good, since it is obtained by common efforts. However, they, on the contrary, have a deficit of such ideas,which is expressed in vulgar amounts of luxury, collecting it. By this, they show that they have long crossed the boundaries of the effective use of capital, and the limited personal development, economic thinking and personal social adaptation do not allow them to use these resources for the benefit of the surrounding life.
If all capital is justly put into use for all human needs, then the power of the state will be wasted and it will cease to exist, because the power of the state is the retention of capital. It bites off prosperity from the national pie and lives on that. But since the state takes prosperity, and everything that a person does for prosperity is always the fruit of goodwill, the breadth of the soul, the state thereby strangles our goodwill, our desire to develop and do anything in the future. A sign of prosperity would be the growth of secure free time for everyone, the variety of cultural activities at this time,which would transform the very scheme of our usual life, turning it into a more meaningful, friendly and easy. But while there is capital, the cultural activities of people, their desire for development is limited by the narrowness of the economic imagination of the masters of the state and can be manifested, mainly, in openly talking to them about their needs, implacably stand for a normal life, in order to then heat up their activity to the right for prosperity. As far as we are concerned, the silence about our needs is proportional to the amount of unused capital. The good ones, slowly assessing everything, would overwhelm the information space with collective demands. And if they reflect objective needs, then they cannot be ignored. And if they try to squeeze resources for them, the situation will still turn out so that capital will go to the disposal of those who are immersed in life and act.
