Each truth you understand becomes you, because you are not a physical body, you are a consciousness that has formed this body for itself in order to use it on earth.

Fear is simply the attunement of energy (caused by some event, word or experience) to its counterpart - negative views, events, etc., still resonating in the cellular or conscious memory.
There are those in whom certain events of the past have created fear so strong that it is constantly present. These are phobias that cause anxiety for lifetimes.
As the Spiritual Light is greatly intensified at this time, fear in all its forms comes to the surface to be recognized and released.
It is natural to be hesitant about new events. The indecision we are talking about is when ordinary actions are constantly accompanied by restraint, heaviness or resistance without a conscious reason.
As disciples of truth, look at these events as signals indicating the need for a deeper analysis of your belief system. Fear is often hidden behind common sense, practicality, expert advice or information based on personal or other people's experience.
Normal indecision is when you look around before crossing the road, or when you decide to enter a place where you do not feel safe.
This kind of indecision is the direction of your Leaders and I to be reckoned with.
What we are talking about is simple daily actions, often accompanied by anxiety, dark suspicion, doubt, anticipation, anxiety, sluggishness, and irrational emotions that have a conscious cause.
In the human arena, many of these feelings are perceived as normal human emotions, but there comes a point on the spiritual path when you are ready to go further and go beyond the real.
Fear, in all its forms, is not supported by any law and is not part of the Divine consciousness. Fear is held only by erroneous beliefs that represent feelings of separation.
The 3D arena offers healing, distraction, therapy, and other ways to relieve fear.
It can help at a certain level of consciousness, but now you are ready to go further, recognize your Divinity and cut off any remaining fears at the root in order to free yourself and become the powerful beings that you already are.
When emotions that reflect fear emerge throughout the day, take time, immediately or later, to reflect on them: “What do I think makes me feel these feelings? It is right?"
This is the most important question that a spiritual student can ask himself … "In the light of the truth that I now know and recognize, is the belief that I allow to influence my decisions and actions right?"
Never feel guilty about your fears, but start looking at them as tools for understanding, as they point to existing beliefs and cellular memories that are now ready to be analyzed.
Unreasonable fears usually express cellular memory - some terrifying or painful events from a time when the consciousness of humanity was not enlightened.
Take time to love yourself, talk to your cells, send them Light and tell them that it's okay to let go of all the old energy, because it's complete and will never come back.
Important events become part of your energy field, being stored in your cellular memory until it is cleared. Significant cleansing is currently taking place during sleep, but some things have to be cleared consciously and even sometimes need to be re-experienced.
Cleansing usually occurs over a period of time, with energy levels manifesting as a person becomes spiritually ready. That is why what seemed long ago purified and resolved is now coming to the surface again for many of you.
Ask your Higher Self and the Beings of Light to help you and work through you. The urge to do everything on your own is a reflection of the old concept of separation - your Higher Self is you, not “something” separate.
The energy of duality and separation teaches fear from childhood. Babies are born into the world consciousness of fear. Belief in duality will always manifest itself as a pair of opposites.
The third-dimensional consciousness always has something to fear, since this is the nature of duality and separation.
