Helen Billings, a bi-medical hypnotherapist, has been practicing medicine in Mill Valley, California since 1991. She graduated from the Santa Rosa Institute for Hypnotherapy and completed a postgraduate course at the Institute for Hypnotherapy and Psychophysiology in Lafayette. In 1998, Dr. Billings was interviewed by UFO Magazine.
The reporter asked Helen Billings if among her clients (she does not like the word "patient") people who had contact with flying saucers.
“There were,” Helene replied. - But often a person who has survived contact with UFOs and enlonauts remembers only the beginning and the end of this event: the appearance of a UFO and its landing, the exit of the astronauts, their approach. One of my first clients was a thirty-five-year-old woman who held a high position in the military. She was often troubled by vague memories from distant childhood about a meeting with some strange object. After talking with her, it became clear to me that her psyche is healthy and well-balanced, and you can work with her. I subjected this woman to a deep hypnotic regression, as a result of which she became aware of herself as a twelve-year-old girl. This girl saw a huge UFO appear over their house, which turned out to be an extraterrestrial spacecraft. She found herself aboard this ship, surrounded by several short, hairless creatures no more than a meter tall, with gray skin and large eyes. They stripped her naked and laid her on the table. The girl had no strength to resist, she could not move at all. She was very scared, she cried loudly,and then she begged to let her go, then she shouted to her captors that she would kill them. In short, she behaved like a person who relives this dramatic episode of her childhood, and does not remember it. In such an excited state, my ward was at least twenty minutes, and when she calmed down, I brought her back to reality. When asked about her health, she replied that she felt great. It turned out that she did not remember what happened during the session. But I still have material evidence: I taped all of her screams and the answers to my questions. I told several ufologists and psychotherapists about this case. Their opinion was almost unanimous: this lady in childhood was really abducted by the "gray men".
A reporter asked Dr. Billings if any of her clients had been affected by the "hybridization program" allegedly carried out by aliens.
“Yes, definitely,” she said. - The victims were mostly women. Several of my clients knew for sure that they were pregnant, and then suddenly it turned out that the fetus from their womb was disappearing, and there was no medical explanation for this. Several such cases have been documented and witnessed by doctors. One of them deserves special attention. The daughter of my client was five months old and already knew that she should give birth to twins. The pregnancy was difficult, so she was under constant medical supervision. And then, during another visit to the clinic, she learned that one of the embryos … disappeared from her womb! And at the same time, as if by magic, the woman's condition improved significantly. In due time she gave birth to one perfectly normal child. But where did the second go? The doctors did not have an answer to this question.
Returning to the topic of “memory lapses” in abduction victims, Helen Billings recalled a curious incident.

Helen also talked about how her clients in a state of hypnotic regression recall their "past lives" and how this procedure sometimes allows them to get rid of chronic ailments.
- One of my clients suffered from a severe form of bronchial asthma, which is mainly an allergic disease. We decided to try to find in her past the cause of this allergy. Twice I plunged her into deep regression, she "visited" in her youth and childhood, up to infancy, but there was no source of allergy. For the third time, we agreed that we would try to infiltrate the closest of her past lives.
And now she sees herself inside an interstellar ship, wearing a space jumpsuit. She has blond hair and golden eyes. I asked her if we were really in the past? She confirmed this. I asked if she is an inhabitant of the Earth? She replied, "No." She is now a physician for an extraterrestrial space expedition, her husband is also a member of the ship's crew. Suddenly, an accident occurs on the ship, it begins to collapse. Depressurization occurs, the woman suffocates. This is where the cause of asthma lies.
From that moment on, my client felt better every day, and soon her asthma was almost completely gone.
The journalist was interested in this episode of the past incarnation of the current earthly woman into an alien, and he asked if Mrs. Billings had any other similar cases in her practice.
This is what he heard: - Two of my clients "remembered" that each of them in one of their past lives belonged to a race of intelligent reptiles. Now both of them are cute "human beings". One of them, let's call him Abe, being in a state of deep hypnotic regression, described his appearance as follows: “My legs are covered with scales, have a gray-green color and end with two thumbs. My whole body is like the body of a reptile. But my physiognomy does not look like an animal face, it rather resembles a flat human face."
In response to the question of what inner feelings he experiences, being in this guise, Abe replied that he was in a great mood and that he was very happy. He is overwhelmed with music, which he can either listen to or perform within himself, choosing melodies to his taste. Music and other pleasant sounds are an organic part of the existence of creatures like him that make up the surrounding society - to rejoice and bring joy to others.
During the next regression session, Abe reported that it was difficult for him to be human, that living among people was very difficult. Probably, he suggested, this is due to the loss of cordiality by people, a feeling of selfless love for their neighbor. Living in human incarnation, Abe constantly feels like a stranger among people. He says that he feels like a stranger, who came to Earth from some other world.
And Abe is not alone. Dr. Ellen Billings has other clients who, in a state of regression, declare that they are confident in their unearthly origin and destiny and that they are only "passing through" on Earth.
Nocturnal abductions of earthlings
There are many known cases when aliens abducted earthlings in the daytime. Most often, however, abduction occurs at night. Maybe because these mysterious creatures, for the most part, do not tolerate daylight. Or maybe the fact is that at night it is easier to deal with a person: he is defenseless and does not expect anything bad …
Gail was home alone that night. They divorced her husband, and her 17-year-old daughter went to New York, to Croton Falls, to visit her father.
It was ten o'clock in the evening. Time to rest, Gail thought. But she did not have time to sleep. Suddenly I felt some kind of inner anxiety. It was a strange sensation, as if someone was watching her. Some time later, a voice sounded in her head: “We have come for you. You will not be harmed."
God who is this? Where does the voice come from? For some reason, Gail could not turn her head to look around: her whole body seemed to be paralyzed. The only thing that obeyed her were her eyes.
In the doorway, Gail saw three creatures dressed in what looked like tight-fitting overalls. For some reason, the creatures lined up one after another. The light in the room was dim, but the woman saw that the growth of the mysterious aliens did not exceed one and a half meters, and the arms were prohibitively long. The one in front (Gail mistook him for the elder) tried to enter the room, but it seemed that something was not letting him in, as if there were an invisible barrier in the way. He raised his hand and pressed it against this invisible shield. Then he took something like a rod out of his side pocket and turned it at the base, as if turning it on. It lit up with a green light, and then this creature held the rod through the space of the doorway. Only after that did all three freely enter the bedroom.
Gail saw that all three had very large heads, and their eyes were like those of a cat and seemed to be stretched out beyond the temples. They didn’t speak, but when the “elder” talked to the other two, strange noises arose in Gail's head.
She tried to scream, but she couldn't. Only her eyes still obeyed her. The "senior" stopped to the right of the woman. Another creature entered from the left side of the bed, and a third stood at the feet. The two who were on the sides put their hands under her head and raised her. And then Gail noticed that the one standing to the left was raising her head with one hand, and with the other holding some kind of narrow tube resembling a white gauze flagellum. He began to push this tube into her left nostril. At that moment, Gail felt a sharp pain and began to lose consciousness. It felt like she was falling from a great height. And - that's all, the woman does not remember anything else. And the next thing that captured her mind was waking up in her bed at eight o'clock in the morning with her head breaking apart from pain.
Gail entered the bathroom, and then blood gushed from both nostrils. It felt like something was stuck in the back of the nose. The woman looked in the mirror and saw that her nose was clearly swollen. A rash appeared on the neck. After examining her body, she noticed a rash on her arms and legs. And yet she wanted to believe that the nighttime incident was just a dream, and she just had to put it out of her head. But it didn’t work.
In the evening my daughter arrived. Gail began to tell her about everything that happened to her that night. But she did not even have time to finish her story, when the girl was literally shaking: it turns out that that very evening something strange happened to her. As he and his father drove along Freeway 116, not far from Croton Falls, they were chased by a UFO. According to the girl's descriptions, it was a rather large triangular-shaped object. Somehow, the car suddenly took off, so they flew over the treetops for about five minutes! What happened after that, the daughter does not remember.
It was an amazing message. American ufologists, of course, know that Croton Falls is located exactly in those places where UFOs and aliens have been encountered on a deserted highway more than once over the past five years. But no less striking is the fact that the mother and daughter at the same time - at the same time of day - were in contact with the aliens, although they were far from each other. On top of that, it turned out that the daughter and father could not say absolutely nothing about where they were and what they were doing for about half an hour: this time period was erased from their memory.
Gail's misadventures did not end there. A few weeks later, it all happened again. “The same creatures came at the same time of day and did the same,” the woman told ufologist Philip Imbrogno over the phone. “Even on the threshold of the room, they had the same problems as last time. And again my daughter was not at home, she was leaving to see her father."
All this happened in June 1987 when Gail was 36 years old. Since then, it has gone on. And this is one of the cases of so-called generational abductions, when the whole family participates in contacts with aliens, even if its members live in different places. The daughter is kidnapped just like her mother, and this is how it goes from generation to generation …
The case described here is known among ufologists as "the Hudson Valley kidnapping." This valley encompasses a vast area along the Hudson River, including the estuary city of New York and its adjacent territories, the states of New Jersey and Connecticut. In these places, such a number of UFOs have been recorded that, as Philip Imbrogno notes in his book, written jointly with Dr. J. Allen Hyneck and Bob Pratt, in the number of cases of overflight of unidentified objects, this zone obviously occupies the first place in the world. Nevertheless, there are not so many cases of close contacts with aliens. According to Imbrogno's estimate, of the approximately 75 most reliable cases, only 25 deserve further study. Of these, dozens were associated with people,who, by virtue of their professional affiliation, did not want any hype or even refused to help ufologists at all. True, after the publication of Whitley Strieber's book Communion, describing the events in the Hudson Valley, the people revived and emboldened: many of those who preferred to keep quiet now began to speak. And one of the most interesting cases, investigated by Philip Imbrogno, involves a resident of Toms River (New Jersey) and is described above.
This episode has a lot that is typical, but also something unique. For example, it is described in detail how the aliens used a kind of force field to enter the room - for this they had a “rod” with them that emitted green light. It is strange that the implant in the nasal cavity of a woman was injected right in her bedroom - usually such actions are associated with the abducted being aboard a UFO, at an alien base, or, at least, in some other room, but not at the victim's home.
However, these are just "variations on the theme." It happens that a person is lifted out of bed and abducted with the help of a "solid" beam. Or they are captured from both sides and carried through the wall, through a closed window. But the essence is still the same: the aliens, like thieves, operate mainly at night …
The case in Reutov
From time to time, aliens visit the Moscow region. One of the organizers of the Moscow Regional Club of Anomalous Phenomena, Vladimir Ivanovich Pogonov, spoke about the investigation into the circumstances of the meeting of a woman near Moscow with space aliens.
Polina N., who works in one of the schools near Moscow, left the house early in the morning. A deserted road lined with rows of trees on both sides led to the Reutovo railway station. Somewhere in the middle of the path, Polina saw two tall, dark figures looming in the shadows of the trees.
“Probably, soldiers from a neighboring military unit,” flashed through Polina's head. She calmly continued walking along the road. Suddenly she was stopped by a voice that sounded for some reason right in her head: "We need to talk to you." Polina tried to run, but could not - her legs fell apart.
Everything that happened to her later, the woman perceived as a dream. Two creatures, dressed in tight-fitting dark suits, approached her. One of them touched her head with his hand. Polina felt that she was seized by indifference to everything. She vaguely felt that, caught under the arms, quickly rushed above the ground and was in front of a huge ball with two rows of windows. Cracks appeared on the ball. As in slow motion, a sector silently separated from the ball and turned into a staircase leading into the spacecraft.
Polina found herself in a large empty room with a luminous screen hanging on the wall. A woman approached her and held out a small cup filled with a thick liquid, similar to jelly.
“We must remove information from you,” the voice in Polina's head was heard again. - Do not be afraid. What is happening to you now is not your life. It only seems to you that you live. Look who you really are."
The screen hanging on the wall flashed blue. On it, Polina saw an old man with a long gray beard. "This is your real self, which you do not even suspect."
The image became hazy and melted. Two tall women approached Polina and, despite her resistance, they put her in a capsule. The transparent cover closed and Polina lost consciousness.
When she woke up, she saw herself sitting on a lawn overgrown with low grass. The head was spinning, nausea was approaching. A man dressed in a military quilted jacket approached her and shook his head reproachfully: "Well, you got drunk, dear!" And he went on his own way. From the railway station, to which Polina was going, now she was separated by 15 kilometers. The victim could not remember anything else about her journey.
The leaders of the group of ufologists involved in contact with extraterrestrial civilizations suggested that the woman conduct a special test under hypnosis. Polina was very interested to find out what her mysterious abduction meant, and she agreed. In a state of regressive hypnosis, her consciousness was returned to the moment when she left the house.
Polina relived what had happened to her. Much was now becoming clear. It turned out that the tall, dark figures who had dragged her into the spacecraft turned out to be biorobots. Aliens in the ship were also, but their appearance was erased from the woman's memory. Now she saw them. They looked like Hellenes, with blond, wavy hair strewn over their shoulders.
After unlocking the consciousness, the abducted woman was able to tell why the aliens came to Earth. Their ship arrived from another star system. Their civilization, like many others, has been watching the Earth for several thousand years. Our planet is located at an amazing point in the universe. Here, on Earth, various parts of the Cosmos converge, so the planet has become the base for other civilizations. Events taking place on Earth are reflected in the life of other worlds. That is why so often earthlings see various types of UFOs in the sky. But the inhabitants of our planet may not be afraid - the laws of harmony, which govern the life of the Universe, do not allow aliens to interfere in the life of earthly civilizations.
The abduction of Polina, as we can see, ended well. However, in numerous reports of encounters with aliens, there are descriptions of serious illnesses that appear in the inhabitants of the Earth after an encounter with a UFO.
The policeman is missing …
A surprising incident happened recently in Argentina. The policeman, who was patrolling the road in the interior of the country, strangely disappeared and was found many kilometers from his site. The guardian of order was trembling with fear and could hardly speak. When he came to, he said that he was being pursued by an unlikely creature with red eyes. The circumstances of the disappearance do not suggest that the police officer is lying for any purpose or is mentally ill.
Although such stories are more reminiscent of the scripts of second-rate Hollywood films, the police officer was believed. How could you not believe it?
Corporal Sergio Pucheta, 28, on Thursday, March 2, 2006, was dispatched by the anti-theft department to patrol roads in the agricultural area of Doril. He rode his motorcycle along country roads and was vigilant for any suspicious person nearby. The young policeman got a Honda motorcycle as a vehicle. The duty proceeded normally, Corporal Pucheta, who already had five years of service, did not notice anything special and did not report anything suspicious.
But at 21.20, he suddenly called his cell phone and excitedly asked for reinforcements. The connection was cut off in mid-sentence, and Pucheta could no longer get through. Several police officers urgently went to the place from which he called, that is, to the road passing near Rancho Barrancos. They reached this place in fifteen minutes, but did not meet the corporal. An empty motorcycle stood on the ground, next to him lay Pucheta's helmet, his phone, and his service weapon, broken into three parts. Where did the corporal go? Without a motorcycle, on foot, during this time he could not go far, unless the criminals took him away …
The search operation was organized immediately. The police in good faith searched all nearby farms, examined roads and paths, climbed ditches and bushes. All in vain!
Only the next day at 4:30 pm Sergio Pucheta showed up. He was found far from the road from which he was calling for reinforcements. The corporal, hunched over the country road between Trili and Kvemu Kvemu, was spotted by a local farmer.
Pucheta, unharmed, looked mortally frightened and was clearly not himself. He was taken to the hospital. After a preliminary examination, the doctors concluded that the policeman was in relatively good physical condition, but had experienced a strong emotional shock.
Having learned from a press report about the surprising disappearance of a policeman, Puchetu visited the ufologist Kike Mario in the hospital to talk with the victim. He explained that Sergio does not realize what happened to him and how it happened that his weapon was broken into three parts. He only remembers that he was being chased by two freaks, similar to people, but much shorter than he, and with huge red eyes.
How Pucheta ended up in the place where he was found, several kilometers from his motorcycle, he has no idea and does not remember at all what happened to him within 18 hours after calling the police.
Pucheta was soon discharged from the hospital. He feels good, only fears that because of this whole story of disappearing while on duty, he will be considered abnormal.
