A one-minute video clip of a Ternopil resident under the pseudonym Sergiysc, uploaded from a mobile phone to YouTube video hosting on September 2 of this year, quickly became the focus of attention of major regional media.
The videographer was laconic and signed the video succinctly: "In 30 minutes I saw 5 planes that flew over Ternopil and left an unnatural trail behind them …"
"Are chemtrails already in Ternopil?" - asked the media. Recalling that what was filmed by a Ternopoly resident is very reminiscent of the notorious phenomenon called "chemtrails", first recorded in its time in Canada and the USA and now observed in almost all major cities of the world.
