Energy. That's what's missing for change. At the same time, one must understand that we spend it every day on our lives. Everything that surrounds you is the result of your waste of energy. You have what you have, because this is the maximum of your strength.

Compare your life to the speed of movement. For example, your average speed while walking is 5 km / h. So you can go for a long time. But if you want to go faster, you will have to go running, but in this case, your energy will start to be spent faster.

So, average speed is our life. We can strengthen it a little by accelerating, but then we will definitely run out of steam. And if we want our life to be different on a qualitative level, we need to achieve that the average speed of life is the same as it happens now if we start running.

Very often you can hear from people how they dream of going to the sea for a couple of weeks, or even a month. But if you watch the vacationers, then for the most part 2-3 days at sea and strength restored. Then languor in the sun begins.

We are like a vessel. And each has volume. You can rest as long as you like, but if the vessel is small, it will fill up quickly. The subsequent energy will not fit in us. Hence, after a rest, people often run out of steam in a couple of days. We rested for a month, but there was no point.

The point is not where to get energy, but how to spend it. However, before you spend it on something useful, you need to understand where we are already spending it.

We are like a bucket full of holes. Energy is constantly draining from us. And before looking for a source of water, you need to patch your vessel.

First you need to find the leak. I propose to do a kind of psychoanalysis for this. It does not require any special costs and special skills, except for patience and the intention to finish it to the end.

Always carry a notebook and pen with you. And set your watch to a reminder every 3 hours. Just woke up, set a reminder and go on business. When the signal is triggered, you take out a notebook and write down 4 parameters that you tracked for the last 3 hours.

1. Physical well-being. Everything about the physical body. It was strong or weak, a leg or head hurt, at first sleepy, then cheerful. In general, everything related to your physical comfort.

2. Emotional well-being. What were your emotions during those 3 hours? Crying, laughing, depression, neutrality, love. Commit the entire sequence.

3. Mental state. These are your thoughts. What were you thinking about during those 3 hours? What pictures you drew, what you wanted, what you dreamed about … Try to remember as many thoughts as possible.

4. Actions. What exactly did you do during those 3 hours? You worked, washed dishes, watched TV or wasted time on empty commenting on Alexey Pokhabov's notes … Write down all your specific actions.

And close notepad. Next time you open it in 3 hours. Never re-read previous entries. Just write on a new page. You will have 4-5 entries per day. Summarize your conditions for one month. Everyday. Not missing a single one.

Then take the day off and re-read. You can even draw a graph. Track where during the day you sag in mood, in health. Is the line going up or down? Then what is the result during the week, and then what should the schedule aim for during the month? Whether your metrics are increasing or decreasing.

But the worst thing is not a decrease in activity, but the fact that you will notice how these 4 parameters at the same time work absolutely incoherently. Thoughts do not correspond to actions, emotions also do not fall into place, and your body does not resonate with either, or the second, or the third. It turns out that 4 legs of one organism go in different directions. It is this lack of synchronicity that is the main source of energy deficiency problems.

Well, to the question of what to do then - the answer is in your diary. Where the schedule tends to go down, we need to work on it. The body sags - it means to the gym, emotions and thoughts are controlled through meditation practices, and actions must be accompanied by intention. Connect yourself. Slowly, not in a hurry. The result will surprise you very much.
