A former military man who allegedly served 20 years in the US military revealed a startling story to journalist Linda Moulton, Express writes.

Mrs. Howe, 75, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who has been awarded for her research on the paranormal, says she contacted an informant who identified himself as Brian several times.

In a series of YouTube videos, Mrs Howe is heard talking to Brian about what he allegedly saw.

Brian, 59, claims to be a former retired senior US Navy officer, first class flight engineer in a squadron called Antarctic Development Squadron No. 6. According to the former military man, he was a member of the team that flew through the "no-fly zone" over Antarctica and saw UFOs, aliens and a giant hole-entrance to the alien base.

Brian says he was there between 1983 and 1997 when he retired and saw "aerial silver discs" flying over the Transantarctic Mountains several times.

In the videos, he argued that there is a top-secret collaboration between humans and aliens, and Antarctica is an important research site for these projects.

The large hole was said to be located five to ten miles from the South Pole, in the intended departure zone.

He also said that once a group of scientists went missing and returned a week later. People were terrified and refused to talk about what had happened.

Then, at a camp near Mary Bird Land, dozens of scientists disappeared for two weeks, and when they reappeared, Brian's crew was tasked with retrieving them. Brian says they refused to speak and "their faces looked scared."

In an email to Ms. Howe, he said, "Another unique problem with the South Pole is that our aircraft were not allowed to fly over a certain area located five miles from the station."

"The reason was that air samples should be taken in the area of the camp."

“It didn't make any sense to either of us on the team because on two different occasions we had to fly over this area.

“It was on the opposite side of the continent, and we had to refuel at the South Pole, and the direct course was to this Davis Camp, where they had to take air samples.

“The only thing we saw when flying over this camp was a very large hole going into the ice. One of our LC130s could fly into this thing.

"The conversation between the flight crews boiled down to the fact that there is a UFO base at the South Pole, and some crew members heard reports from scientists working with scientists in this camp who were involved in taking air samples, it was about the existence of a large ice hole."

Earthfiles released a revised document DD-214 and an image of the Antarctic Service Medal, which was awarded to Brian on November 20, 1984 to reaffirm his credentials.

These statements have generated conflicting responses in the UFO research community.

An article on unsilentmajoritynews.com states, “Over the years, there have been many articles on the Internet about the mysteries and anomalies associated with Antarctica.

“Many of them have been debunked, or at least the one who wrote claims to have debunked various stories. I, too, have personally written about the mysterious activity that is allegedly taking place on the frozen continent, but the following story should be superior to all others in my humble opinion. Why?

“What makes this story so much more believable than many others who have done the research?

“Linda Moulton Howe is not some hacker, she is an Emmy-winning television producer, an investigative journalist working for radio and online publications, and an author who speaks directly to men and women at the forefront of science and the environment., and witnesses the first series of "great oddities."

But, Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, said: "Antarctica is often referred to as a base for UFO activity, but, as in this story, the evidence is based on rumors and information from anonymous or unreliable sources."
