Last Sunday, November 20, 2016, from the city of Point Pleasant, located in the state of West Virginia, USA, another message came about a moth man or "Moffman", as the locals call him.
The television station, which covers the Charleston and Huntington areas, presented photographs of a man heading to Point Pleasant on Highway 2 and saw a strange creature jumping from tree to tree.
Many locals believe that this winged creature in its appearance resembles the legendary red-eyed moth-man, whose appearance is considered a bad omen.
The first reports of a moth man appeared in Point Pleasant back in the 1960s, when four people reported to police that their car was being chased by a human-like bird with a wingspan of about 3 meters.
Police reports continued for several more days, in which people described the unusual creature as "a huge bird with red eyes." Ufologists immediately put forward a hypothesis about the extraterrestrial origin of the moth man.
It is difficult to draw any conclusions when looking at the pictures taken this Sunday, as it is difficult to distinguish reality from fake with modern technology that allows you to easily edit photos. According to Jeff Wemsley, "With modern technology, it is almost impossible to tell if photographs are genuine."
