A resident of South Africa spoke about her neighborhood with the ghosts of animals that appear even in broad daylight.
Cindy Ferguson told how in the distant 60s she and her family moved to live in a very old house, where they had to share a shelter with ghosts of animals. “The first incident happened when I was preparing dinner in the kitchen,” recalls Cindy. - I suddenly saw a huge red-brown dog sniffing the floor right at my feet. He was large, muscular, and looked hungry. My first thought was, how did he get into the house?
I was sure that I was closing the door, but nevertheless instinctively glanced in her direction and, making sure that it was so, turned back to the dog, but the dog was gone. Just vanished into thin air without a trace! I searched the whole house, checked all the windows and doors, but found no signs of an animal."
This was Cindy's first, but far from the last, encounter with ghostly animals. A few months after the story with the imagined dog, the woman was again cooking in the kitchen when she saw a small black kitten walk around the living room. Cindy, having heard enough stories that cats love to lie on sleeping children and that sometimes this becomes the reason for their strangulation, in a panic ran to the next room, where her little child was sleeping in a stroller. She checked first the living room and then all the other rooms in the house. The kitten was nowhere to be found, and all the doors and windows were tightly closed. Cindy already began to think that she was losing her mind, until she got into conversation with her neighbors and found out that the same thing was happening in their house.
