As it became known, scientists presented their development during the annual conference of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in Washington. According to experts, the brain, no more than 1 millimeter in size, has a large number of unique functions, so you can continue studying.
“A large number of drugs show excellent results, but when tested in humans, they are all ineffective. All this requires a lot of money, time, and resources. Testing on samples similar to the human brain can give a much better result,”said project leader Thomas Hartung.
It is also reported that to create a mini-brain, bioengineers used induced stem cells, which were obtained from human skin.
