It looks like a fantasy story or a horror movie script, but, unfortunately, this is all true. Hurricane Katrina, one of the most destructive in the history of mankind, overtook the southern states of the United States on August 27-29, 2005. Experts have assigned him the highest hazard level on the Saffir-Simpson hurricane scale. The states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida have been hit by a natural disaster. New Orleans suffered the most.
More than 25,000 people died. But help was in no hurry - the head of the Ministry of National Security Michael Chertoff realized the scale of the destruction only a few days (!) After the dams were broken. The minister, apparently, did not even suspect that with such a wind speed, strong current and a high water level, it is almost impossible to close a gap in the water barrier.
And what about the president? When New Orleans was drowning in water and about 200,000 blacks in poor areas were unable to evacuate, Mr. Bush … ate cake and entertained himself with guitar playing. The President was on vacation in Texas. And on August 31, he was returning from vacation to Washington and, flying over New Orleans, did not want to ask what was happening below.

Didn't the government deliberately take measures to prevent the disaster and provide assistance to the victims in order to "unload" the overcrowded city?
Let's turn to the facts. Exactly one year before the hurricane, in July 2004, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, with the participation of 50 organizations, developed a plan of action during the alleged natural disaster "X" with the destruction of half a million buildings and forced evacuation of the population. The agency sounded the alarm: "New Orleans is in a potentially dangerous area and could be destroyed by a hurricane." According to British newspaper The Guardian, Hurricane Katrina was a largely predictable disaster.
Another fact. In 2004, the Cuban government successfully evacuated one and a half million people from the path of a hurricane approaching at a speed of 160 kilometers per hour. No casualties! The United States was able to afford to spend $ 30 billion on the Iraq war, but spared the expense of rescuing its citizens hit by the hurricane. Residents of New Orleans for three days remained among the flooded ruins without food and water, drowning in sewer waste and waiting for help from the government …
Too many blacks

Louise Farrah, leader of the Nation of Islam, an African American religious organization in the United States, told Time magazine: "I have a feeling that it smells of racism here." Smells - to put it mildly. According to statistics, before the disaster, 75% of New Orleans residents were African Americans. After the hurricane, less than 45% of them remained.

Now the question is: what caused the dams to break? A few days after the hurricane, a local diver found traces of explosions on the destroyed dam. The police ignored his message. But the persistent Orleans submitted a fragment of the dam wall for examination to a military laboratory. The conclusion says clearly: the remains of explosives were found on the wreckage.
The allegations of sabotage sparked heated political debate. Residents of New Orleans are confident that the White House is responsible for the flood. In 2007, the American Society of Civil Engineers issued a statement that the dam was damaged due to design errors. But what about the traces of explosions, officially confirmed by expert examination? Are these also "miscalculations"?
And finally, the most interesting fact. Something similar happened in 1965, when the poor neighborhoods of New Orleans were flooded during Hurricane Betsy. The fault is … damaged dams. The water level reached 270 centimeters. 81 people died and 250 thousand were evacuated. The press persistently wrote that the dams were blown up in such a way as to flood certain areas of the city. It was rumored that then-mayor Victor Shero had blown up the dams to protect his own home in the affluent area of Lake Vista. Among other things, this gave him an advantage in the elections, since all the blacks who were ready to vote for his opponent were evacuated or drowned …
HAARP antics?
American meteorological scientist Scott Stevens claims that the devastating hurricane that killed more than 25 thousand Americans is of artificial origin. Many scientists agree with him - they are sure that Hurricane Katrina is the result of tests of the HAARP system. Officially, HAARP is presented as a research laboratory for active research of the so-called auroral phenomena in the atmosphere. However, scientific journals claim that with the help of HAARP it is possible to call artificial aurora borealis, jam over-the-horizon radars for early detection of ballistic missile launches, communicate with submarines in the ocean and detect secret enemy underground complexes. HAARP radio emission is capable of penetrating underground and finding hidden bunkers and tunnels, burning out electronics,disable space satellites. In addition, HAARP specialists have long sought to create climate technologies that will change the weather, even triggering natural disasters.

Thumb of God?
US law prohibits federal troops from invading any state without the consent of the governor. But Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco ignored the disaster warnings and was slow to ask for government help, even when the hurricane was in full swing. Ignored or deliberately expected the death of people?
Why was the Federal Emergency Management Agency's rescue efforts so badly organized? The Red Cross and the National Guard, which in the first hours of the flood tried to help the most affected areas, were simply not given such an opportunity!
The Coast Guard was banned from supplying diesel fuel. Some officers and soldiers of the Federal Agency later admitted that they had received an order not to supply the victims with water, food, and not to provide them with medical assistance!
The Americans called Hurricane Katrina the thumb of God. But, apparently, we are talking about the index finger of one very cruel person.
