“Everyone wants to figure it out, many have children here, women also go to the lake, and we are all in a panic,” one of the village residents said in an interview with the Rustavi-2 TV channel. Some residents saw huge snakes in the lake, one of which is at least eight meters in length. According to one version, an anaconda started up in the lake. The authorities are trying to convince the villagers that there is nothing to worry about.
The lake was studied - no reptiles were found - the head of the Zestafoni municipality Givi Aoabidze told reporters.
